The location was excellent! Close to the pebbled beach and all the best cafés. The city is really beautiful and a trip to The Big Orme is a must. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the information from the host. Equipped with two tv:s made it easier for the family on rainy days.

According to the information there was supposed to be a washing machine in the apartment but there wasn't. The pots and pans were also in very bad shape. The faucets in the bathroom were leaking. The sofa bed was really bumpy and wasn't big enough for two adults so one had to sleep on another sofa (but here was only one duvet...)

Very clean, brilliant views and the best location. TV in both living room and bedroom.

The apartment was very basic, there was no hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom and no bedside lamps in the bedroom. We also had an issue with the ‘cot’ which was basically a travel cot/play pen. This was sorted on the day we arrived but I still would advise anyone with a young baby to either bring their own or make detailed enquiries into the mattress fit and the sheets.

we`ve travelled with two teenagers, which meant to share sofa bed, unfortunately sofa bed wasn`t at all suitable to sleep on it. The other sofa, was terribly dirty and stained. I`ve end up using towels to cover it. Very narrow stairs. We wont be visiting again.

The sofa bed could have been comfier and the sitting room got very hot the fan helped but not greatly and the window catches needed attention as we needed to open as many windows as possible . The bathroom sink tap was extremely stiff.

Lovely and spacious apartment in a great location. Beautiful crisp white linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen.

Although the location was great, the drawback is that having windows open meant we found it quite noisy because of proximity to bars, pubs etc.

Could have been a bit cleaner - empty wine holder! (Photo had a lovely looking bottle in! Free on street parking is a little way away from the apartment so there's an extra hilly walk to and from the car if you drive there. Be aware there's no lift - I can't remember seeing that mentioned anywhere so travel light!

The property was well located, close to all amenities and only 2 minutes walk to the beach and pier.

we were at the very top of the building, and although it didn’t affect us massively the stairs were a challenge after a long day out, the only downside was that the main entrance to the apartment building is shared with an Indian restaurant, everyone congregated just outside the main entrance to smoke, which wasn’t very pleasant.

The location of the property was in the right area as it was right by the beach and across the road from the shops and restaurants.

Didn't have the right utensils in the apartment to cook with.

Very clean, spacious, great location, good value for money. Spotless floors, spotless bathroom, bedding and towels.

It's an old building with uneven floors - not a criticism as such, but very noticeable. Décor and furniture are a little tired. Could do with a bit of love. Wouldn't have wanted to use the sofa bed. Didn't need to use the heating, but can see why other visitors would be confused on how to operate it.

Lovely spacious very central apartment and next to the beach. Easy self check in. Shops and restaurants downstairs.

Was cold. Heaters perhaps should be changed to new, more powerful ones. Would save on energy bills

very cold bathroom , radiator didn’t work , very uncomfortable bed and sofa bed . sofa needs a good vacuum underneath the cushions .

The apartment was a good size and in a great location as it was in the town centre.

The sofa bed is the worst thing I’ve ever slept on it’s so uncomfortable and needs throwing in the bin not to mention how dirty it is (the floor has stains/pillows covered in what looks like food stains) I pulled the cushions of the sofa to view which one was the sofa bed… DISGUSTING! This apartment needs a thorough clean it seems it’s had a minimum clean and you can tell. Even the “clean sheets” had small hairs on. My children’s socks were black from the floor in the apartment, I feel it didn’t even serve the bare minimum in being clean. New sofa bed and a proper clean and this would have been a different review!
