Exceptionally clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable flat. Free parking available on the premises or along the road. Good location for a nice walk into the town centre and great price.

Location brilliant for us as we had our dog so 5 mins to beach
The shower was going hot and cold so was a bit scary we reported it to owner as we thought we may not have pressed the correct settings

Wanted somewhere with off street parking and a spacious apartment as there was 2 adults and 2 children.

Lovely staff, comfortable, all the amenities we could need. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Very dog friendly, which is always a big plus!
Everything was great. The only issue we had was that the oven didn't work, but we worked around it, so it didn't really affect us.

Apartment was modern and cosy. Excellent location 5mins to shops places to eat and the railway station. It had good parking and most importantly dog friendly. Lovely and quiet really comfy bed so a good night's sleep. Owners can't do enough for you. Will definitely be going again.

The location is absolutely spot on. Easy to park up and just walk everywhere. It's really near the town, local sights and the beach as well as within easy reach of other local towns.
We've stayed here a few times and all the flats are spotless, seriously spotless! They are very well appointed with lovely hot showers and plenty of warm, clean, fluffy towels.
There is nothing to dislike.

The apartment was cosy, warm and had everything we needed. Also was in a good spot for shops, bars and restaurants and not too far to the beach. We had a lovely break.

Loved this place. We stayed in flat 2 which was a beautiful apartment. We have stayed in many apartments in Llandudno and this is probably the nicest. Very modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there were toiletries, washing up liquid, washing up sponge etc - perfect for when you’re only away for a couple of nights and don’t want to have to bring everything with you. We forgot our dogs lead and the owner very kindly let us borrow one of theirs. Very dog friendly - there was a dog throw and a couple of bonio’s left by the owners for the pooch so he was happy too! Everything was very walkable from the apartment.
Liked everything about this apartment. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be good.

Home from home everything you need for a holiday quiet area walking distance to restaurants and shops the bed was comfy the owners was great dog friendly give my dog poppy treats and a blanket be booking again soon.

we were made to feel welcome with our small dog and a small dog rug and treats were left for him.
Great location from town/restaurants/beach and bus routes which made our stay easy especially with our dog as we caught bus to colwyn bay so easy to do and everyone was so helpful

The room was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. The accommodation is in a great area with easy access to both beaches and the restaurants etc.

First time staying in a self catering flat. Great for family. nice, clean and good size flat with good facilities( free WiFi, kitchen, utensils,Parking on site and street). Close to attractions.. Host was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was great, the kitchen was well equipped. Near the promenade. We were with our dog and even the owners prepared a bed for him with a bowl of water and small treats.

THE FLAT WE STAYED IN WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T LIKE THE WEEKEND WE STAYED WAS THE WEATHER. VERY WET AND WINDY UNFORTUNATELY.

Great place to stay, really nice and well presented,clean and welcoming. We toke our dog and he loved it and we was given treats and a blanket for him on arriving which was nice. Its only 5 minute walk to the beach if that!. And easy to park car.
Can't really think of anything we didn't like.

Everything was perfect , spotlessly clean and tidy , warm and towels etc all provided nothing was to much trouble , Janet is lovely , and Kurtis the handy man/ cleaner is very helpful.

Struggled to park in allotted parking area, some visitors
