Plentiful facilities with kitchen and bathroom. Layout is good.

Walls are so thin and the road beside is very busy so didn’t get much sleep with the noise. The place wasn’t cleaned very well, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The cooking stove hadn’t been wiped down with dust and marks still on it. There were also marks and residue left on the shelves.

The location isn't the best, it's not very central. The room has heater but the pantry and toilet doesn't have heater. Our room is quite small and only our bedroom has a bedroom so it felt very claustrophobic.

The floor could have been hoovered before arrival. some scuffs and marks on walls but overall couldn’t complain.

Don't have a lift, i have two baggages to take up to second floor. They didn't even provide the basic items like sugar and salt. No basic grocery item was there. Utensils are not cleaned properly.

I liked the location and that it was self check in and check out. The bed was comfy, the tv was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped.

There were marks all over the walls and a fag burn in the carpet. The shower trap was full or hair causing the shower tray to fill up. No hot water from either tap bug the shower had hot water. Communication was difficult and phone numbers on the website were incorrect. Asked for parking and this became a difficult task.

cleanliness was poor. sheets where dirty with mould on pillows, door was damaged, make up stains on the duvets, broken sofa bed and host wasn’t very friendly or helpful through the process

The front door to all the flats lock was broken - so not very secure.

The property is located in a very convenient place. You can easily get around City Center. Easy self check-in process. Management team is very responsive to questions/queries. The facilities in the apartment are decent for a long stay (i.e. pots to cook, crockery and cutlery etc) Wifi works pretty well. Deposit was refunded timeously. What you see in the pictures is what you actually get. The heating is sufficient (and there were no issues with the hot water) Smart TV so easy access to Netflix, YouTube etc.

After booking I was notified of a £150 deposit which was not stated before making the booking. The deposit is paid on a separate site which I was apprehensive about because it was not mentioned before or when making the booking. There is no housekeeping (I think you have to pay an additional fee for housekeeping) I was there for over a week and at some point my bin was full and I needed a bin bag. They did provide me with a bin bag but I had to dispose of the full bag myself. I found that a bit strange but I let it be. It would make a bit of sense to have housekeeping even if not every day but for the basics of having towels changed etc. There was a steep flight of stairs as you enter the building with no alternative way to access the apartments. I had just moved to the country and this was temporary accommodation before finding permanent accommodation so I had to carry 4 heavy suitcases up those stairs (I wish I had read the reviews before because I was pretty annoyed when I was greeted by those stairs) Lastly, when I arrived I was given a code for the main door but when I got there it didn’t seem like the door actually locked. On one of the days I pushed it without inserting the code and it opened. That raised some security concerns for me.
