The room was very cozy with good air conditioning that was easy to adjust for the perfect temperature level. Big comfortable bed and all the amenities were good. There was also a great breakfast buffet in the morning, which I fully enjoyed. The hotel was in a convenient location close to the city centre.

The view was not great from the room, not the best for longer stays and people who like spending longer daytime hours in the hotel. But I arrived quite late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning so it was a short stay and the view did not bother me.

Clean overnight accommodation. This what we booked and expected. That is what we got.

Air con not great so woke up warm and couldn't cool the room down. Hairdryer didn't work Ran out of eggs by 9.15am (breakfast finishes at 9.30)

For the price I cannot argue. It was a comfortable stay and I have no complaints. Located right by St Pauls tram stop, and a stones throw away from St Pauls Cathedral where you can find nice bars and restaurants, all made it a delightful stay. We did not intend to stay in the hotel much so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and clean. The Hampton was exactly that. The time we did spend in the hotel, we enjoyed and felt comfortable

Everything was great, if I had to find a fault - there wasnt a great variety of pastries at breakfast, but there was plenty of other stuff to choose from which made up for it (cooked meats, eggs, and hashbrowns, fruits, and even waffles).

Unsafe car parking nearby, breakfast was horrendous on each of the 3 days we were there, quality of food was awful, they were obviously not geared up to provide breakfast when busy and never had sufficient available.

Friendly staff (Samuel especially) breakfast was great and good location for arena. hockley social club is near by and good for a bite to eat and a few drinks

The air con might as well not be there, it didnt do a thing.

Nice and clean but the room is small and windows won’t open, scaffolding covered the views. Can’t really see anything like a room without a window not great in summer. Woke up in the morning with the guys working outside our window. They were a bit noisy

Excellent service lovley staff deffo stay again

Location was good. Just around the corner from the Jewellery Quarter and a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we ate there for the 2 nights we were there and the food was good and reasonably priced. It was also very clean.

Property was cleaned and tidy.

Toilet sleeper were not provided, it was very difficult to go and come with bare feet. Simple one or two bottle of water not provided. Just increase your little price but don’t avoid some basic needs of room.

Très bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Petit déjeuner très copieux, les gaufres sont trop grosses et prennent beaucoup de temps à cuire, il faudrait les faire plus petites. Bonne literie

L'ascenseur fait beaucoup de bruit 😂

Don't drive to this location, unfortunately the car we travelled in was stripped down overnight. Bonet removed, windows smashed etc.

Pas de parking (car park) mais il y en a plusieurs à proximité, allant de £2 à £7 pour 24h .
