Clean, very close to airport terminal, staff were friendly and restaurant was surprisingly good. Osama, our table waiter, was so friendly and efficient and the food was excellent, exceeding our cynical expectations by far! Really surprised. Would recommend trying.

The wake-up alarm on the phone in our room didn’t work, which could have proved disastrous if I hadn’t already woken up. Not impressed.

Recently renovated room. Window could be opened. Quiet despite being so close to the airport. Breakfast „typically British“ (sorry about that ;-)), but with fresh vegetables, well-prepared fried eggs, coffee made from freshly ground beans,…Surprising! And very friendly stuff. Will definitely come again.

the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good coffee making facilities. The location is perfect to airport access and the check in staff helpfully upraded us to a walk in shower to help with my wifes disability.

Location is the best for airport. Reception area is spacious with plenty of seats. Restaurant reasonably good. (Much better than nearby competitor we used last time.) Good room size. Fridge.

Beds rather too firm for comfort. As on previous visit, the hotel had not prepared a second bed as requested at booking. (Rectified when we were eating - but this could have been inconvenient had we not arrived early evening. On both these points, Novotel could learn a lot from Premier Inn.

Bliska odległość od lotniska i dobre wyciszenie okien bo nie słychać samolotów.

Wbrew pozorom do hotelu trudno się dostać. Budynek jest widoczny, ale wejście dla pieszych ciężko znaleźć. Nie rozumiem dlaczego hotel wymaga opłaty za podjazd do wejścia samochodem. Drzwi do łazienki nie mają zamka. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo głośno, a wyciszenie pomiędzy pokojami jest słabe - w nocy słychać jak goście w innych pokojach chrapią. W pokoju z sufitu odpadał tynk. Koszt takiego pobytu powinien być co najmniej o połowę niższy. Nie polecę tego miejsca.

Liked the feeling my booking was acknowledged as I walked in to claim my room from reception. Room was very clean t.v was in good working order. The option of room service was certainly good had I have not eaten in restaurant. Comfortable bed and a quiet room which I respect as a woman on my own. Overall, very satisfied will do this again!

Virtually out front of International terminal

Burger and chips from room dining arrived very cold with no salt and not much taste. Was quite expensive too. Waited half an hour to be checked in after been told it would take only 5 minutes. Then no acknowledgment or apology. My shower leaked throughout the bathroom.
