The bathroom wasn’t very cleanly, hairs all around the sink.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, made our stay really special, nothing was too much trouble. Great location for shopping. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Very close to the train staion, staff were very helpful and friendly.i asked about using the mini bar for my medication, they advised it wasn't suitable for that and brought up a mini fridge for me

Great location for what I required, breakfast was great, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There are quite a few floors in the building - with a couple of lifts - sometimes at peak breakfast time, the lift can be congested.

Central location and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Great breakfast and hotel decor was modern.

The hotel restaurant was closed, however room service was available but at a charge. Seeing as the restaurant was not available, the charge could maybe have been removed? No walk in shower despite being a premium room. Mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my personal liking.

Very friendly, it was my birthday and they wrote a note to say happy birthday with chocolates! Great central area and we came back and the bar was great for a night cap before heading to the room.

The shower water pressure wasn't very good at all.

Bed was extremely comfy and lovely breakfast.

Wasn’t as high quality as the other Radissons I have visited. As soon as we walked in the room it smelt really bad if damp and the carpet was wet down one side of the bed which was where the smell was coming from. I’m guessing that someone was sick and it was cleaned up and wasn’t dried properly. However the gentleman on duty was great he moved us to another room and offered us free breakfast.

Clean and imposing - very close to the station and to the Hippodrome where we were going for the evening - staff great - room spacious and a great view with a wall of glass! Well appointed with drinks etc Breakfast was mega 👍

Not really a dislike but the room was quite sparse with large empty spaces at one end and, for us, the bed was way too soft and we found it uncomfortable.

My first time staying at a Radisson hotel and doubt I'd go back. I had booked a superior room and had emailed the hotel to ask to have a quiet room due to sensory issues. The room had loud strange water noises that happened almost every ten minutes and were really loud and sounded like someone was trying to get in your room when they first start which is really unsettling when you are on your own. The sink was dirty (see photo) with just a tiny effort with a wipe to clean it shows how easy it would be to have got it right. When I arrived at the hotel, I was clearly using a cane and whilst I hadn't booked an accessible room as I generally don't need them, was amazed that for a superior room it had a shower over a bath which isn't easy to climb into with my disability! Just not impressed by a hotel chain that's meant to have such a good

Fantastic location, very quiet and well soundproofed rooms, wonderful friendly staff, very clean, bright and modern rooms. Rooms had bath tubs which were great!

Awesome Hotel in good city centre location. With lots of shops and off-licenses nearby and walking distance to Grand Central, Broad Street and Bull Ring Shopping mall. Close to Britannia Parking Grand Central. The beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. With Flatscreen TV. Aircon was perfect, with ability to change temperature as per my requirement. Hotel staff were super friendly.

Parking instructions and arrangements could have been clear on Booking.com website.

Good views from the room on the top floor, couldnt of asked for more. not much passing traffic even though the gym was located on the same floor.

The noise level in the room was loud on the top floor even when the air con was off. the air-con units for the building must be located on the roof and requires noise damping measures in place.

Requested a room with a city view and definitely got that. Staff were extremely helpful and brekki was delish. Location was excellent, within walking distance of everything we needed.

Our room, 3014, was very cold, the heating did not work. The maintenance guy checked our heating and said it wasn't working. We were offered a small electric radiator, but this was not adequate. For our room rate, I would have expected something better!
