One Thing I Want To Say That It Was The Best Hospitality Experience. Property is Located At A Very Good Location And Near By Gandhi Nagar Railway Station. Staff Was So Polite And Friendly. Specially The Receptionist Was Too Good.

A very nice hotel in pink city . It was within my budget and value for money . I had a good stay

The location is nice.
The service was very slow... If we order water bottle or ask them to clean the room, they didn't come on one call, we have to remind them 5-6 times. They didn't provide towels and sanitary without us reminding them. And they charged us extra for water also. They didn't come to clean the room and washroom daily. And the breakfast was terrible everyday. They served halwa to us with cumin and tezpatta in it. And they charged differently to different persons for food also.

Service, hygiene,...even charged for dental kit when it was written not for retail sale....then breakfast was pathetic...there was only one item...no options...
