It was a good experience.. the kitchen staff was very polite

Room size and cleanliness at that cost. Can't get decent one at decent place and price at Kolkata.
Room size is small but at this price i am happy with it. Family can't adjust, single person can happily.

This used to be a nice hotel, but some rooms are not in good shape at present and need immediate renovation.
The corridor was quite noisy, which lasted until midnight.

Few people are good. Not all seems to be professional
Waiting time for room availability when the the room s were booked in advance. It was 4-5 hours stop over before catching a flight. Waiting time was 45 min to 1 hour after check in time 12 pm.
Bathroom not very clean. Basic things are not provided.

Apart from the receptionist, unfriendly staff. Even if they don't speak English, a smile is international
Very poor breakfast served very late. We didn't go until 8.30 and virtually nothing prepared. It's an airport handy hotel. I'd expect an earlier start than that.

Your Chef Vivek is exceptional in customer service. He tries to do everything to meet the customer needs. A very efficient resource.

Quite nice hotel for stay for business purpose . Location was close to airport and Saltlake . Reasonable budget and decent facilities .
