our room was the station side and we had windows open because it's summer,but if you don't mind too much noise should be ok.

The location was perfect for town and seafront. The food in the hotel was lovely Staff were lovely too

The stairs up to our room are really steep so not ideal when your carrying stuff. Hats off to the cleaning lady (she was lovely) And the steps from the car park up to the door to get in are really high and steep. And the trains going past right opposite the room.

Great location, local amenities, amenities available at the inn, tea/coffee in the room, private bathroom, clean towels each day, river view (not essential but an added bonus!), friendly and helpful staff, entrance point above the pub so we didn’t have to go through the pub, quiet room, couldn’t hear any noise from the pub. Great for what we needed which was just a place to sleep and shower while visiting, will return!

All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. The location is amazing, and the hotel room was spacious and clean. The restaurant serves a good variety menu also.

I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. I also found my very comfortable and a great size en-suite and it had probably the best power shower I’ve had. The location was great as right on the river. I will definitely check in there again.

lovely pub next to the river Arun. Nice quiet room. Good breakfast nothing too much trouble.

To be honest the back entrance i.e. the entrance with out going through the bar could have been better.

Location. Room facilities. Nice sunny view of the river.

1. Accessing the room was challenging. 2. Value for money: I feel the price for room only in a pub was high. I was willing to pay it, because of the location - nearby public transport and short walk into town.

Good atmosphere in the bar, rooms clean staff great if we asked for it they sorted it. Opposite train station but really didn't get disturbed by it.

Room's a little basic, but the en-suit and shower room superb. Lovely view over the river. Cannot fault the breakfast, freshly cooked with quality ingredients, didn't really need to eat again that day. We also had dinner the evening before, highly recommended, everything we ordered was excellent

Only problem was room was cold as radiator was not working and a door kept banging throughout my time there which my door shake apart from that a good clean lovely room

The worst hotel stay ever. The room was basically up in the attic and was very cold even with the radiator on. Worst part was how paper thin the walls are, you can hear the people next door taking a shower, talking etc. But the guests staying in Rm 4 on 4/2/23 we’re horrific. At midnight I was woken up just before midnight by two men arguing, this got worse and worse with a barrage of f*** and C*** over and over again being screamed at one other, then they broke out into a full scale fight. This went on until 3am and there was no one on duty and no security in the hotel. As a lone female staying next door I was absolutely terrified for what was going to happen next and if it hadn’t been such a cold winters night I would have left and gone and slept in the car. A so called relaxing weekend down to the coast to see my daughter was completely ruined and I had absolutely no sleep meaning I had to drive home again the next day completely exhausted. I have eaten here before and the restaurant experience was fabulous, but this was the worst hotel stay of my entire life and I will never ever stay again.

Room and bathroom fine. Gave us a cereal and toast breakfast FOC. Friendly. Good choice of evening meal menu. Lovely friendly people at other tables to talk to.

Access to accommodation was by walking behind the bar and up steep stairs, or via outside steep cement stairs.

Breakfast was lovely, waiter very attentive location on the river was lovely. Staff were great overall fab stay would stay again.

Room was quite noisy above the bar downstairs but it's a room in a pub so to be expected. Party noise went on until 1.30am but we was warned on day. Would have been nice to have that explained when booking but difficult I suppose with online booking.

ok for one night stay breakfast was fab. think location would be much better in sunnier times but winter makes most things less attractive

top floor room lots of stairs. noisy party below in the pub couple of floors below room that couldn’t be helped really just not expected. decor on way to room bit grubby carpets could do with a clean before summer guests.

Room was nice and big, so was the shower room 😁 The guy who booked us in, made room for 10 of my family members to have a meal in the bar, this guy pulled all the stops out, even tho there was a Christmas party going on in the restaurant and the World Cup final was playing in the bar, Big big thank you to this guy and the staff, We all traveled down from the north of England, me and my mother stayed at Arun view And other family members stayed else where in Littlehampton.

Green light on the ceiling, kept me awake every night,
