The home is well kept with many beds so it can accommodate large groups. The neighborhood is very nice and the Community Center was great with two pools and a splash pad for all ages. There were many trails accessible from the grounds for UTVs. The communication was a bit lacking and I would have liked to have had the kitchen better supplied with cooking and storage essentials but overall we were able to make due and pick up what we needed. It was great for our family reunion.

It was a perfect cabin to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. We went atv/utv riding and was close to Deadwood.

Overall we had a wonderful time with friends. The property housed us well. We paid a great deal of money up front, so getting hit with a $650 extra fee for VRBO was too much!! There weren’t enough towels in each bathroom. Also not every room had a hairdryer. Also, having to wash, dry, and put away all of the dishes before we left seemed a bit much

We really enjoyed the house, especially the space for all of us to hang out. The only issue we had was that some of the bed sheets smelled really bad and we had to change and wash some of the bedding. It was like they were left in the washer for too long or put on the bed wet. Other than that, everything was great! Would recommend staying here to other people!

We had enough UTVs, gear, coolers, and food to match and we had plenty of space! When I say the homeowners have thought of everything, I mean it! An over the top stocked pantry and spice cabinet, dishes and silverware...absolutely amazing. The beds and bedding were superior. The views were stunning. You will want for nothing you may have forgotten when staying here. The ONLY 2 things, if I had to pick on something, was the lack of extra toilet tissue and not being able to adjust the thermostat upstairs. We have stayed in enough homes to realize we need to bring our own TP with and we could absolutely deal with the thermostat. Having 14 people with different temp preferences isn’t anything I would consider a con...just worth the mention. All in all, this house is absolutely worth every penny and we will be back!

Everything from the reservation process to the property and the staff was amazing! We definitely will try to come back again soon! The only comment that we have is the hot tub didn’t have any chlorine in it, so it got very gross fast and we thought we did something wrong, but found it didn’t have the tabs to keep it maintained. Only complaint!

This rental worked great for our family of 12 adults and 12 kids under 10. The house was very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the pantry and the sleeping accommodations worked well for our family. The big grill was a plus also as we did all our own cooking. We used the garage to keep all the play things and extra shoes. This house is quite close to Lead so if you forgot something or ran out, we could drive to town to get groceries. We created a week long of memories, not to be forgotten.

Very fun and clean

Very nice place good location

My fiancés family and mine stayed at this property for 5 days. The property exceeded our expectations and we had plenty of space for 15 adults and 5 kids. Hope to go back and check out more properties in this neighborhood!

We had a total of 5 families on our family vacation. The house set up was perfect. It was clean, great location and view! The heated garage was very nice as the temp some days didn't make it above freezing. Budi was great to work with, would definitely book same house again!
