Huge home and very well cleaned. Perfect location. We are already planning another trip to stay.

This was a Sisters trip we have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s we travel every year. The managers were very responsive and accommodating! The home fit our needs perfectly it’s in a great location to enjoy the surroundings of Lake Tahoe. One of my sisters has severe allergies to pets so we were grateful that it was a pet free smoke free environment. ( which is a unique in todays environment)

The house was great: clean and in a great location. Some maintenance was needed: refrigerator needed a filter, dishwasher missing soap cover and left dishes very wet, beds were creaky, and AC whistled. Kitchen was well stocked except there were not enough coffee mugs, forks, or wine glasses if we had been14 adult guests. Positively speaking, the layout of the house was great, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for our family, both inside and on the patio. The video games and hot tub were fun for some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great house, lots of space, 3 full baths was so nice. Nice home finishes. Kitchen stocked pretty well, little light on silverware and dishwasher is a bit beat up, but overall great stay, quiet neighborhood. Couches are not the most comfortable but minor issue. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our group of 8 friends for mountain biking and golf (would have fit 10 fine). Large garage for bikes and gear. Great common area and deck for relaxing, socializing and BBQ. Would definitely rent it again.

We rented the home for a ski trip and worked well for our group of 6 adults. The home is in pretty good shape for being a vacation rental and was pretty well stocked with pots, pans and items needed for cooking. But, for a home of this caliber and the rental rate, at least one roll of paper towels should be provided. Overall, definitely enjoyed the property and the hot tub on the back deck was a must after a day on the slopes!

Eleven of us stayed here age ranged from 11 mos to 70 yrs. We were all comfortable and well entertained with TVs in most bedrooms and video game consoles that were a real hit with the grandkids. Unfortunately, the slot machine wasn’t working so the adults couldn’t spend their money! Property was clean beds were comfortable kitchen well appointed with farm sink that the baby was bathed in comfortably. Could use more teaspoons (there were 6) and dish towels (there were 2) Hot tub was a bonus too! The A/C wasn’t working but repair man showed up unexpectedly to fix it so that was great. A neighborhood bear showed up on 3 occasions and the kids were excited and scared, but he was just hungry! Would definitely rent again.

Home is only a couple years old. Great location, and had a lot of sleeping space for all ages of our family to have some space. Property management company had great communication and answered any questions usually within minutes. Home had some cleaning issues. Similar to other previous reviews, food still stuck to ceiling above kitchen, hair in corners of bathrooms and in tubs. Food on floor in spots in kitchen, etc. That was the only real surprise with a rental of this price to not have it very clean.

We had a nice trip with my husband’s siblings and their families. Kids ranging from 5-15 years old. Space for everyone. Most activities were 10-15 min away. It wasn’t too hot in July but nice to have the AC, especially when it was humid.

Enjoyed our stay and was roomy for all of our family. Great home and will definitely stay at this property again!

1st of all the listing doesnt show that you have to go up or down stair there is no main floor so my son in law and my self had to practically carry my 230lb husband who just had surgery also the house was dirty and needing repairs which is a big deal right now since covid is still a risk so where do i start Theres food on living room ceiling (2nd floor) the track of balcony door is cracked there was food in between stove and counter food burnt on stove. The sink down stairs faucet was broken. A towel holder wripped off the bathroom wall the tack strip is poking out of the entry of one of the room there was hair in down stairs tub a couple hairs on one of the bedroom comforters.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. At the end of the street there is open forest with a trail you can walk and just a few minutes away is the town. The inside of the property was very clean, the only complaint I have as far as cleanliness is that outside there was some trash and bottles in the backyard. Not something you want to deal with, especially when you have toddlers running around. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies/ utensils and all of the utilities worked perfectly. The big open living area was perfect for our large family and the arcade games were awesome! Everyone, even the adults loved them. Jacuzzi worked perfectly. I will say bring some extra towels. With a large group we did have to wash towels and use our own beach towels for showers because there weren’t many in the house. Communication with the property manager was great and they were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. We even requested to book an extra night at the last minute and they accommodated us with no problem. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Owner was quick and clear with communication. House was great for the group and perfect for a ski trip. Enjoyed the large open living room and kitchen space. Hot tub also is great.

We booked this home for a family Christmas vacation. There was plenty of beds for all 11 of us, and the kitchen and living areas were perfect to accommodate a large group. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking, and the fireplace was awesome as well. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone! Very close to Heavenly ski resort and Heavenly Village.

The property is absolutely beautiful in a great neighborhood! The layout of perfect for large groups/ families. The location is perfect...only about 10 minutes from the beach/marina. I would definitely stay at this house again!!

This house was the absolute best - clean & sparkling! Beautiful interior & decor! Well-stocked kitchen! Perfectly sized space for the 10 of us group of church friends here to ski! We loved the spa, grill, and that we could all sit around the dinner table at night! Highly recommend to anyone!!

Loved our stay here! The home was beautiful and spacious; enough beds for 14+ people. Location was solid — quiet but close to main parts of South Lake Tahoe. Cant recommend enough!

Second time we've stayed here, and loved it once again. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer and be able to retreat to a great house/location at the end of the day.

The property was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and the whole process was completely seamless. Would highly recommend. 5 miles to downtown.
