The house worked great for all ages. The kids really liked the pool and hot tub. There were enough dishes and kitchen items. There could have been some plastic cups available. The house was clean. There could have been some instructions for the movie room. It did not work when we arrived but when called, they sent people to fix it right away. Overall, the stay was very nice. Close to the lake and parks.

This place is roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, home theater, ping pong table and foosball table. Kitchen was adequate and there were beds for all 18 of us. Our only complaint was the place has great insulation and was impossible to cool off during the day and evening.

Positive: I liked the fact that the garage was at street level and from there you took two steps down into the top level. The back yard view was open to the mountains and a dirt trail for walking. The pool table, foos ball table, movie room, and pool were as advertised and in good condition. Negative: The bunk beds were held together with a ratchet strap. There were 6 coffee cups which for us was not nearly enough. We were supplied with one roll of paper towels, but no napkins. The oven has a upper and lower unit, the upper unit took a long time to preheat but worked okay. The lower unit would barely preheat and kept opening on its own and then would shut off without you realizing it. The pots and pans are very dated and finding a couple decent skillets would have been nice. Before we came up I asked the host about the stoves, they told me they were gas, so we didn't bring any wood. After arriving it became apparent that although there are gas pipes in the fire places they are indeed wood burning and no wood is supplied. Overall: It's a good place for very large groups, and in my opinion if the kitchen was upgraded it would be a great retreat. If you can stay in a home with less bedrooms then I would suggest something else, we have stayed up here in less expensive and nicer homes. S. Dobrich

We tried to make the best of our vacation given the issues we found upon our arrival. For example, the patio door wouldn't close and lock giving us a sense of no security in this rental; pots and pans that were not useable; pool door to patio was frozen and rusted shut; and, on the first night of our stay we had to do laundry on three of the bedrooms due to hair and stains on the linens. The property management company finally brought over a new set of cookware three days into our stay. The badly warn outdoor and family room furniture really needs updating. The positive things about this property were the pool, sauna and hot tub that were well maintained and which everyone enjoyed using. The home theater was also a big hit with our family. The negatives on this property were not enough to give the Titan home a top rating. Monica R.

We stayed here with 13 friends for my husband's 50th birthday trip. Absolute fantastic house!!! It had everything we needed for cooking. The layout of the house gave plenty of privacy for each couple, yet we were all still close enough to enjoy each other's company! Location is great! Only a 10 minute Uber or Lyft to Heavenly Village. Would definitely book here again!

We had 9 and had a great time. Property appears to be in process of being updated? From Vrbo pics it appears secluded and it’s not. It was fine tho.

Loved the layout and size of the house…the kids and adults really enjoyed the pool and movie room along with the other activities the house offered! Great large family house to stay in!

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay. The house could use some TLC, but we use VRBO regularly and find the same at most properties (not all renters treat the home as they would their own). Management responded instantly to all questions and requests. We would absolutely stay again. Great location.

Other than the master bedroom door falling off, top bunk bed falling in, and the dining room window falling out and breaking, this was a fantastic trip! Mike was so good to promptly attend to all of our issues and so nice to work with. My grandchildren loved all of the amenities and there was rooms for all. It was such a beautiful place to bring our family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! We were married here 50 years ago and came full circle back to where it all began. The only thing that would have helped us "seniors" would have been an elevator! Thanks Mike! Linda

We only left the house once to go ice skating. Plenty of room for 5 different families with a wide range of kids ages 0-12. Host was very responsive and nice. Only one note, it’s one towel per guest so if you swim then want to shower, you’ll have a wet towel. Maybe bring a pool towel. Great experience, great host! Kids want to go back!

The home was large enough for my 3 children and their families and I to have are very enjoyable family vacation. There was plenty of snow so the kids had a blast while the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend!

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Titan!! Three families and Grandma getting together to reconnect and enjoy memories of Grandpa and past times together in Tahoe. We loved the views from the decks family time at the movies and the. Pool was an extra treat when the fire smoke kept us indoors something for all ages. !!!

We enjoyed several movies in the theater room. We stayed in late June so it was just a bit warm (house doesn’t have AC) but with the windows and glass doors open, the breeze was nice. Property manager was quick to help resolve a few issues so it was nice knowing they were just a phone call away. We would definitely recommend and would return to The Titan.

We came 3 families to here first we were like the house but after that unfortunately we had issues with the mouses. We saw them 3 different location in the house and i will attach the pictures. Now we are so nervous about the mouse and last night my wife didn't sleep all night. because ticking noises were heard at night while sleeping.We stayed at the hotel last night.we wrote to them a few times but they did not answer.

Our family rents a cabin in Tahoe area every winter. This home was comfortable for 18 people, with room to spread out and lots of entertainment options. We would recommend the home to others.

It was great for family with lots of kids - will want to stay again.

Another thing I would like to add to my first review is you might as well rent somewhere else because this house had a rat running across the kitchen and living room area, the pool looks big in the picture but way smaller in person, when we first tried checking in the code wasn’t working we had to try it again 2 more times for it to finally open for us.

Very large and centrally located cabin. Theater room and game rooms were a lot of fun! We had a great stay.
