Breakfast was great. Really good buffet. Excellent location near bird park, temple and not terribly far from Tam Coc centre. Countryside feel to property rather than town feel. Great outdoor swimming pool.

A bit of landscaping round the water where it appears to have been recently dredged would make the water feature much more attractive. Similarly the bamboo bridge over the water leads to an island which is surrounded by the dredged up mud. This island could be made into an amazing wildlife haven with a bit of planting and landscaping. It already contains a healthy number of birds including herons but is currently a neglected and is a missed opportunity.

had an original booking for 5 nights in lake view room, then added an extra night on separate booking. when we arrived we were upgraded to a lake view villa room free of charge. The room was very spacious and clean, dressing gowns ironing board safe air-con and full shower and bath, all clean and worked well. we did not eat at hotel although breakfast was included, we just dont tend to eat first thing, but dining room looked nice. the grounds are well maintained and the pool area was lovely, with sun, shade and spectacular view of the limestone karsts. They also did really good cocktails for just over 100,000vnd which is just over £3 and they were some of the best i had. we took full advantage of the free bikes and cycled around the locality. This area is stunning to cycle around and mostly flat, so even novices like me can enjoy. Next door is Bich Dong pagoda, worth a free visit, but with many steps if you struggle. On our last day it was our wedding anniversary and the staff made up our room with balloons, towel art and wine which was all very much appreciated and a lovely touch. Every staff member we met was friendly and smiling, so nice to see. I would really recommend a few days staying here to explore the beautiful serene surroundings. Tam coc town is a 10min flat gentle cycle away with multiple restaurants/activities and there are local restaurants outside. Thank you very much to all the staff for our wonderful stay.

Beautiful location on a lake in a valley surrounded with limestone mountains with locals setting fishing nets in the lake . Great bathroom had a lake front villa. Staff were fantastic, especially the lady boss, brilliant. Pool was great .

Breakfast was a bit ordinary by Western standard... If anyone cares ..Get real sausages or don't put them up and better bacon and better coffee ie coffee machine is a must if you want to call it a resort , sorry but if you want to get better you probably need to hear this, getting to the end of our trip so getting a little tired of disappointing mornings.

The staff were very friendly, supportive and kind. Although facilities are not all resumed due to Covid, but the staff made us feel like home.

Will look forward to all in-house services to be fully functional again.

a wonderful place to wind down from busy Hanoi. The Resort is located in a beautiful landscape environment and the accomadation in a villa type building was excellent, spacios and wonderful design, being topped off by a beautiful view onto the lake in front. Wished we could have stayed longer...

due to Covid we and one other couple where the only expads around. So understandable as it is for running such a resort to realize 2 loaded buses coming in with Vietnamese tourists from Hanoi was surprising and quite noisy. Luckily the staff took care of us and compensated by bringing us everything we wanted directly to our apartment. So we got around vietnamese Karaoke and board kids watching their parents go wild and better concentrate on their video games off side.
