We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola beach and the Starboard always ranks the best. Linda and George were fantastic hosts and would check in to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back!

We visited Florida every year over 15 years and first time we got this awesome condo directly on beach,condo was excellent,absolutely no problems,it was like our home,everything in kitchen, everything in our bedrooms and bathrooms,parking lot,garage.in garage we use bikes and rides,it’s awesome,condo very clean,we think definitely came back and stay another time.Pensacola beach awesome,a lot of fun,great beach and restaurants,we spent very good time,we recommend this place for everyone.thank you Linda

We were very happy with this rental! It was clean and well stocked to provide a comfortable place to vacation. The owners were very kind and even let us check-in early when the condo was ready before our check-in time. It is just a few steps from the beach, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The living area was large which was nice for our family. We would stay here again, happily! Highly recommend.

I can't even describe how amazing Linda is. She goes above and beyond for your family to have the best stay at their home. This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything ❤️

Great condo! Spacious open floor plan. Bedrooms feel private and roomy. Traveled with our children and parents, plenty of space for all, and the private entrance with only one flight of stairs was convenient and easily accessible. The only thing I didn't like, was having to leave! Would love to return someday!

We had an amazing week at Starboard Village #212. The veiw from the balcony was perfect. We saw dolphins during the day and enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves crashing in the Gulf at night. The condo is beautiful and spacious. This the most well stocked vacation rental that we ever seen. It was so great to have all of the kitchen items, games, beach chairs and bikes. Linda and George were super helpful during the entire process of booking, checking in and checking out. We would highly recommend this property! Everything was perfect.

The condo is stunning. The views to the beach are heavenly. The furnishings are plentiful and oh so comfortable. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything anyone could possibly need. It’s 2 minutes from the door to the snow white sand on the beach. There isn’t anything else to wish for. Linda and George were awesome hosts and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful month!

Hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed. Decor was wonderful. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Not having to haul my own beach chair and umbrella’s was awesome. All provided. Leaving everything in the securely enclosed garage each night was great. Linda checked in with us to make sure all was good. Just love this area and the smaller crowds. We will be back for sure. Condo was outstanding! Everything we would have ever needed was available. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Owners are super nice and very responsive. Location is great and beach is absolutely beautiful. Construction was going on which made parking a little confusing, but workers were discreet and pleasant. Wonderful experience for out first time in Pensacola, and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our condo, actually hope to be able to rent it again in the future. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom is noisy and I wish there was a swiffer.

This is a wonderful property situated on the most beautiful beach! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our family of six, including a toddler. The owners were so accommodating and returned messages right away. Can’t wait to go back!

good location, great view. sliding door to terrasse very hard to open shade from main living room window got stuck and could not easily be rolled up garage opener at garage door not working one burner on stove did not work. these small issues that did not interfere with our stay but would be nice to adress for future renters. overall a great place for enjoying the beach

This condo is amazing! The pictures are 100% accurate! Myself and my 5 siblings have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 30 years. We always book condos at Starboard Village. Started out renting 3 condos, this time we had 8 rentals to accomodate us, our kids and grandkids. My wife, my daughter and her family stayed in this unit(6 of us). This was the nicest condo we have had here at Starboard Village. It is amazing and the hosts are great. Linda contacted us several times during the stay to check up on us. Had rain for several days but we stayed in and played games that were provided, scrabble, LCR, UNO. We all had a grand time. We will definitely be back to stay in this unit! Tried to figure a=out how I could take the shower in the master bath with me! LOL

Can't say enough positive things about this property and hosts. Property is exactly as described and shown in pictures and was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed out. We had not one complaint and sitting on the balcony every morning with coffee and afternoon with cold drink is not to be missed. We will be back! Also, this was our first time to Pensacola Beach and the Beach, town, restaurants are Fantastic. Water is crystal blue, clean and the white sand is unbelievable. Beaches at property is uncrowded, we often had no one within 50 feet of us.

The location, view and accommodations were perfect. The condo was clean. The bathrooms were well stocked. It was easy access to the beach. The rental came with a pop up, umbrellas and several chairs. I would rent this condo again and refer it to my friends.

This condo is fabulous. My son (7) and nephew (8) had the best time! The views from the sofa are unparalleled. The weather was cool and windy while we were there and we still had the best time. Thank you! We’ll be back!
