Condo, property, pool, beach, weather, and memories were perfect! We’ll return in time.

Beautiful views, clean & easy in & out!

This is my 3rd time to rent from Karen and Steve. 17B is perfect for my family and in my opinion, the B units have the best views of the water and the pier. They are perfect hosts and very easy to work with. I have absolutely zero complaints and we also left a brand new beach chair to add to the collection in the laundry room! I will rent this unit every chance i have! We will see you again next summer 17B!

Great place to stay and facilities were well equipped and the water was perfect.

The view was very good. The kitchen has everything you need. Also the wash room had all kinds of beach toys and chairs. Our only complaints was the elevator not working half the time and the living furniture needs improvement the wicker chairs are not comfortable.

A beautiful condo with an incredible view! Everything you need is provided--there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys plus books and games. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. There is a great patio area to dine on or to watch the gorgeous blue-green Gulf. This condo is a jewel.

A beautiful condo on the 17th floor, facing east along the Florida panhandle. The living room has a huge window and a sliding glass door that open to the balcony and allow a commanding view of the beach and water below. The master bedroom includes a second sliding glass door that opens to the balcony facing east. Every morning, the first rays of the sun come streaming in the bedroom, and a pair of well-placed mirrors above the headboard and beside the closet allow the sun to "play the bank shot," so that the whole room just fills up with wonderful natural light! We had an amazing stay, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Clean, well furnished, nice property.

Gorgeous views from the 17th floor. This condo is just as described, tastefully decorated and not lacking in anything you might need for your visit. This was our first time visiting Navarre and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful 2 week stay. The balcony and view were the best we've ever experienced. Karen was a great host and the thought of everything a family could need.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. I was surprised at how well supplied it was. We did puzzles, read books and had a most relaxing holiday. Thank you!!

Only downside was pool was not heated.

This unit delivered as advertised with spectacular views of the gulf, especially sunrises!

We have stayed at this property before. It is always nice and suits us well. The owner is very gracious. We were well informed about updates to the parking and property access in advance. We are counting the days until our next visit.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Navarre - less people and traffic to contend with but close enough to Pensacola Beach and Fort Walton for activities. The condominium itself was nice and well cared for, and the view from the balcony was amazing! We watched dolphins playing one morning. It’s not a long walk to the beach. The pool is very nice which came in handy when the ocean water was full of seaweed. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy for meal prep. We always had plenty of hot water for showering after a day at the beach. There are several parking spaces for oversized vehicles, which we needed with our cargo carrier. The one downside to staying here is the elevator. There are only two elevators and one was broken our entire stay. One morning both were not working. Some other minor things were most of the beach chairs and umbrellas were broken. If you are choosy about toilet paper, bring your own, and bring Tissues as none are provided. Aside from those minor details, we enjoyed our week in Navarre. Thank you!

Wonderful experience for entire family. Would highly recommend. Everything was as listed, very well stocked. Super clean and surprisingly quiet & peaceful at night for being a high rise condo unit. Views were amazing from the balcony! We would certainly stay again! Everyone felt very safe & secure!

We had a great time in your condo. This was just what we needed. The view was unbelievable. And the house was set up with everything we needed. I stayed with my husband and two kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The master bathroom was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise every morning from bed was my favorite part. And we were just steps to the beach.I loved all the beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. I will be back. Highly recommend staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice.

This place has a wonderful view to the east for the sunrise, the pier and beach It's wonder to sit on the balcony and watch the people, listening to the waves with a cup of coffee or specialty drink. This condo has a well stocked kitchen and beach items needed to spend the day on the beach, clean, comfy beds and I love the lounge chairs to lay back and get some sun. This is a wonderful place to stay, close to pier and on the beach, we will be back.

this condo is great, first it was very clean, kitchen fully furnished. upscale furniture, great view of the ocean, and the building itself was as always clean and well kept this was our third visit and no complaints.

The view was amazing!!! The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed and more. The balcony was so nice that we opted to stay on it most of the time to enjoy the view and the chairs/loungers. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play each day and manta rays. The complex is nicely maintained, the parking garage is a big plus, and it is very convenient to restaurants. I wish I had brought my binoculars since the telescope in the picture wasn’t there, but we saw plenty. Beautiful sunrises and even sunsets from this east-facing condo.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. We enjoyed our week tremendously..I wanted to pack the shower up and bring back to my house! Karen is a wonderful Host..this is our 2nd time to rent from her. Top notch all the way. Other than her awesome shower and Master Bath..My fav was the balcony and the view! We will def rent this one again!

Everything was a stated! Our stay was just just amazing! The view breathtaking! Bra h was clean and the water clear! We definitely will be back!

The condo was very nice, well equipped. The bathrooms were very roomy and balcony had plenty of room and a great view. Unfortunately we had rain the first few days and lots of seaweed in the water for the entire week. The pool is a nice size . Restaurants and grocery store were fairly close. I would return to Navarre beach again and hope for clear water the next time!

Amazing!

We had a very relaxing time. The weather was perfect! We enjoyed the condo. Everything was in working order. The owner communication was great! Would stay here again. Thankful for the time we were able to enjoy! On another note, I thought I should explain my marking for cleanliness. We found dirty under clothing under the dresser in the room with two beds and the laundry room was full of sand (actual piles of sand). The only other problem we had is there was only 3 chairs on the balcony. We bought a collapsible chair to take care of that.

This is an amazing property. Other than workers doing maintenance on the outside (plastic wrap on the patio), our stay was fabulous. We had a terrific time. Our questions were all answered in a timely manner, and was even able to check-in a few hours in advance, which was so nice.
