The house is beautifully furnished and provided all the necessary amenities. The outdoor living space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside. The heated pool was amazing. The location is close to Sombrero Beach and shopping/restaurants in Marathon. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. I would recommend this house to friends and family.

It was a last minute booking for mini season. Property Manager was SUPER Cooperative. House is really nice and was super clean. Pool had several shade umbrellas, which made it enjoyable to relax in after a day on the water. Nice dock as well.

House was in a great location on Sombrero road. It was a short bike ride to the beach, super close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and restaurants. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great and was even cleaned and checked on halfway through our stay. Every question I had was answered quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property was everything as listed. Communication with manager was excellent and house was found to be very clean. House could have been stocked with trash bags. Biting insects were bad around pool and patio. Shrubs need trimmed along dock.

The property was just 1.6 miles to Sombero Beach. Maybe a cooler and beach chairs would be nice for renters to use! We rented bikes for the week. Lots of nice bike trails! Many restaurants in the area! The bedroom on the first floor has an attached bathroom but both closets are taken by the owners so nowhere to hang your clothes! The master bedroom is upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The pool was nice and heated! The listing said it had a rotisserie for the grill but it did not? We had a great family vacation the property worked out good for every one!

We had a wonderful time in this property. Beautiful decoration. House was cleaned and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend it. Great Place to stay!

The pool and ping pong table was great for the teens. Dominó table was great for the parents. The house beautiful and very comfortable. Wifi and internet was great for the kids school. Having the boat right behind the the house makes it very convenient. Great place to rent !

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The house was very clean, nice decor, etc. Loved the layout! The outdoor space was great! We’ve rented several different properties in Marathon over the past several years, and this was our favorite! We highly recommend!

We had a restful week at Nick's cove. The house was clean and well furnished. We spent most of our time at the house by the pool. Definitely worth a second trip! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only complaint would be the kitchen was not heavily stocked. They could use more pots and pans along with miscellaneous equipment (example: griddle, storage containers and crock pot). Aside from this we would definitely rent the house again.

Place has everything you need Very nice and relaxing inside and out

We had 6 adults and really enjoyed the property. It was close to Sombrero Beach and we enjoyed driving to Key West for several day trips. The outdoor dining area was nice but had limited lighting for the evening. The kitchen was adequate but needed more dishwasher soap. We also used the laundry but needed to buy soap, almost ran out of toilet paper, lucky it's close to Publix. Overall, it was a great place and we would consider returning next Feb.

The home was very comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed for our getaway. Highly recommend renting bikes. We rented from Aimee at Marathon Bikes. She delivered very quickly and even had bikes for our kids, 6 and 9. We rode our bikes daily to Sombrero Beach, less than a mile. The house is well maintained and decorated very nicely. Ed was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. A few things to note, this house does NOT have a hot tub as listed. The pool is heated which is great but we were expecting a hot tub. Also, there are two bikes on the property that are not usable (chain fell off and rusted, flat tires, etc), suggested those be removed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock (caught a few) and loved seeing the manatees. The outdoor space is awesome. This house is on point and would stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this house lots of room great location.

The condo is conveniently located in the Keys. I didn't feel burdened by having to travel extensively in the area. The owner was very communicative via text message, and a friendly sort.

Perfect location for the “keys” experience. One hour from Key Largo, one hour from Key West, boat dock, private pool and beach right down the road! A well-equipped beautiful home!

Very nice home. Was however confused by the pic thinking it was one home instead of a duplex but we never heard our neighbors. Convenient location to the grocery store. Nice dock on the canal for a boat. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time. Beautifuly furnished and comfortable. Pool area and porch were amazing. Immaculately clean and the managment was very accommodating and always available. Highly recommend this property. The Best rental we have ever been in!

Stayed at the house over Christmas. The heated pool was a great bonus. Loved the large gas grill next to the pool. We grilled seafood almost every night. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Fished off the dock with my 10 year old nephew. Make sure to drive down to Sombrero Beach and rent Kayaks. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent this house again. We went deep sea fishing at a location only five minutes from the house and the large downstairs freezer was great for freezing our catch. The location and house made it a very special family Christmas.

We were so impressed with this house. It had everything we needed for three couples. The pool was excellent. All the outdoor furniture Ed has is perfect. We enjoyed watching the iguanas (?) everyday. Had some excellent fishing and the most wonderful tuna and mahi mahi we’ve ever had. Can’t wait for return visit

Great well maintained CLEAN house just a short bike ride to Sombrero beach. We had a great time and will absolutely be back.
