It was absolutely wonderful! House was perfect 👌. My husband's siblings and cousins get together every year, this was the first beach 🏖 getaway. Location was great!

Pensacola Beach is absolutely beautiful during October and so is this house! Much more space than the pictures show, high ceilings, 7 large bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths and ample parking. The front porch is perfect for coffee with a view! Only complaint is that the couch only seats about six adults, thought it would be the larger one pictured online, but hopefully the current, blue couch will be replaced soon.

Love the house but needs a little work. Floor has soft spots and boards warping up. The pool is not heated and is very cold.The picture of the beach is before they built a house in its view. Nice location but thought we were going to be on the beach. It is time to put some money back in to this property. All the women agreed that the floors were unsafe at places. The one bedroom had sparkle but not repainted. Beautiful house but needs some TLC. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We had 6 families stay together in this house and we all had the BEST experience. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is awesome with just a short walk to the beach. I would rent this house every year! 😄

Our large family had a great trip and this house was a huge part of it. Plenty of space, nice floorplan, cool pool area with easy beach access.

The house had lots of space, plenty of bedrooms and parking. Large front porch with beach views. Very easy and quick access to beach. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Great house and location. Only issue is pool leaks…a lot. Very clean and easy walk right across the street to the beach.

Seven families stayed here. It was nice to each have our own bedroom. We did have to share showers, since two of the bathrooms are only half baths. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers, which was really nice. Location is perfect in relation to the beach. Pool area has lots of outdoor seating. A/C worked good. Improvements needed: sectional In living room needs to be replaced; lumpy, uncomfortable and worn out. Pool has mustard algae growing in it. Was not cleaned before we arrived nor during our 5-night stay. Must have a leak as we kept running water into it to just get water up to skim line. Pool deck is weathered and worn out. Back door leading to pool is extremely difficult to get shut/locked.

Loved being steps from the beach! Clean, updated, and nice. Would go back! Some maintenance needed in the future on the front deck as wood caused a couple splinters, floor soft in a couple spots.

House was huge and clean. We had 3 families with more than enough room for us all. There’s easy beach access and the house had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming down again!

This was a perfect spot for our group of friends. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms, and there was a large living area that fit us all comfortably.

The layout and furnishings made this property perfect for a family gathering! The kitchen is well-stocked and the property is nicely maintained.

It was spacious, well organized, clean condo(?) in great location. Our family really enjoyed our vacation for 5 nights and 6 days. Thank you Vrbo!

Easy check-in and out 8. Thermostat for each side of house 9. Two refrigerators (needed) 9. Plenty of parking 10. playground in back for kids Cons: 1. Pictures show clear view of the beach, but houses were built since then and sand hill built up, so not a clear view of the beach, but a short walkway to get there. 2. During our 4 day stay we encountered a mice on 3 occasions, although there are mice traps as a preventive measure. All in all my family had a great time and the home was very convenient for our stay and we enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so nice and it was big enough for the whole family. it had everything we could've needed. and it was too cold for the pool -it's probably costs way more in the summer, but maybe we will be able to come back in the warmer months to enjoy that!

Overall the house is great. Plenty of space, tastefully decorated and literally steps from the beach. We sat on the balcony daily looking at the ocean. The location is prime, close to everything we needed. However, there are some things that need to be addressed. The balcony and patio both need to be sealed, the wood is rough and I would not advise waking on it barefoot-splinters. The handrail on the outside stairs is very loose and could be a hazard. The big sectional is cozy but there are random springs when you sit. The pillows could use stuffing also, it looks as if it’s been thoroughly enjoyed over time. Both bathrooms on the left side of the house need blinds-the neighbors can see right through them, straight at the shower. Lucky for us they were leaving the next morning.. One of the dining room chairs has a very loose leg that needs repair. The back door was a little tricky to close but we finally worked it out. If you plan on cooking you’ll find the kitchen has nice appliances but could use more pans. Overall out of a 10 I would rate it a strong 7. If the items mentioned were addressed it would definitely be a 10. My family enjoyed themselves.

First, the good. The house is big and has plenty of room for the family. Most of the beds were very comfortable. My kiddos loved the bunk room and the living room is perfect for the whole family. Communication and care from the property managers was excellent. The location and front deck was the best part. Things that could be better. The pool is tiny and had a 3 inch square cut in the bottom of it. The 3 small kids loved swimming - but the water levels couldn’t stay high enough, water was cold from the hose and the square let a crab into the pool twice. The adults couldn’t use it much. The house was not the cleanest. This was due to a shortage of staff. It wasn’t terrible but we did have to do a bit of cleaning ourselves when we got there. The property managers did their best to make the issues right and with some updates and better cleaning this place could get 5 stars across the board.

Many good things but house needed some TLC. Family area was nice and large. Large dining table fit the whole family. But springs were pushing up all over lumpy sectional sofa. Huge deck had shaded area and accommodated whole family but was in bad shape. Some boards were beginning to split. Pieces were sticking up and needed to wear shoes or walk extra carefully. Liked pool and outdoor foot wash.

The house was very nice and only steps to the beach.

Located directly across from the beach, this is a great location for anyone looking to visit Pensacola with their group. My group and i throughly enjoyed our stay here.Overall, a very nice property.

House is perfect for large family or group of friend's. We had a wonderful time. Management company was slow to help with issues and I understand there had just been a hurricane as u live here, but with the cost for the house not to be able to use the pool at all with a 18 month old that isn't crazy about the sand, that was disappointing.

The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. Beach is so close. The wood staircase connected to the porch is alittle shaky. Would be very helpful for the people with little ones if there was a gate there. Tons of parking. We didn’t use the pool cause it was too cold due to the time of year we went. The kitchen needs a few more pots and skillets but no big deal. We made do. The deck outside was not good on bare feet. A few of us got splinters. Overall we loved the property and would definitely book it again!! If your a large family this is perfect!
