We all had a wonderful time! The house was great. Very very clean. Not too cluttered. We had 2 young children so that was really great! Beds were comfy furniture comfy. A nice long table to enjoy family meals. We are planning on making this an annual trip

Had a great time. House was great. Clean, big enough for everyone. Enough bathrooms lol amazing view. We enjoyed that it was close to town but still away from the crowd. Had 3 families and had plenty of room.

House was clean, right on the beach, had a great deck and set-up for entertaining.

We didn’t even get 12 hours when a pipe broke. They asked us if we could fix and we did but when we did and turned it back on 2 more problems broke. So they moved us to another condo that was smaller. The condo was beautiful and nice and would have loved to have not had the problems we did on Christmas Eve. This was a one time trip because we paid a lot for it and it was disappointing. I had 10 people and 2 dogs shoved into a smaller house. At least we were all together is all I can say.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The view of the water and the sunrise were wonderful. House was spacious and clean. Neighbors were extremely kind. We hope to stay again in the future!

We stayed over Thanksgiving because we love winter on the beach. It could not have been more perfect. Great attention to detail. Anytime I looked for something in the kitchen I found it easily. The deck is awesome.

Beautiful large covered porch with amazing 180 degree beach view. Non drivable beach. 3 king bedrooms for parents. Kids enjoyed watching their shows and playing games in the bunk room plus door opened out directly to living room so adults could keep eyes & ears on them. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved having a fenced property. Only drawback is distance to town to enjoy the great restaurants & other activities Galveston has to offer. The living room couch only seats 4 people comfortably; however plenty of seating if you consider chairs around the dining table, and stools set up around the breakfast & wine bars. All in all Beach House has been best rental in Galveston for our family.

This location is amazing! Beautiful views, beautiful beach, beautiful breezes! The bedding and towels were wrapped and clean. The beds and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups and utensils, but no oil/salt/pepper/foil. Not an issue but FYI if you plan to cook. We spent all of our time on the deck, but the house has a wonderful layout that leaves all guests with a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Highly recommend this place.

We had a nice relaxing 3-day weekend at this beautiful, clean and light filled house on the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the roar of the gulf while we sat on the huge deck and enjoyed cocktails. I’d definitely rent again. The only problem we had was that two of the bedrooms were much colder than the rest of the house but we found nice thick blankets in the closet so we were fine. Lots to do and see in this area. We had a great time.

Had a wonderful stay. Loved the deck and used it alot. Short drive for groceries and into Galveston. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Will miss the Beach House.

Everything was Picture Perfect! The Beach House/Food/Weather/Beach/View/Activities/Health/Property manager/Everyone got along well. Only God could have pulled off this miracle !

We had a fabulous time. Great location. Only down side is that two of the rooms were pretty warm and two were freezing! But even with that, we will be back!

This property was even more wonderful than the pictures. The house had been freshly painted and looked nicer than the pictures. Outdoors the top deck was covered to provide wonderful shade. It had 4 comfortable chairs, a long sturdy bench all the way across the railing and a table to eat and/or play games at. The outdoors ground level had a wonderful swing, a picnic table, and a private outdoor shower. The outside could not have been any better. They even had a hammock to hang upstairs which was used the entire week! Inside there were 3 king beds and 1 bunk room. The comfort level of the mattresses were so-so, and the beds had cheaper quality linens. There were a lot of excess pillows and blankets though to meet your needs. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean from the bed and its own sliding glass door to the deck. Absolutely stunning. There is one couch that seats 4-5 adults comfortably. We knew this based on pictures before our trip, so we brought camping chairs to use in the living room. When we watched movies in the living room at night we simply used the rollaway beds to lay on. The TV was small for a large group of people to see, but we didn’t come to the beach to watch TV. The views from the living room were breathtaking and the sliding glass door was insulated so well you couldn’t hear anything outside. The bathrooms were all wonderful. 3 full bathrooms stocked with towels, blow dryers, and complementary travel size shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen was stocked with proper cooking utensils and dinnerware. The cooktop has 5 burners which is great for a large group. If we used the oven we had to rotate the pan because it seemed the cook the food uneven. There was a great pantry cabinet to put all the groceries in. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would return. We do recommend that a few maintenance items be done like tightening the kitchen hardware (door/drawer pulls), door knobs, and the master shower door handle.

This house was ideal for our family of 3 generations. Loved the spacious living, kitchen and dining area … we Were able to seat all 10 of us at the table. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and kitchen gear for our Thanksgiving dinner. Best of all was the ability to step right onto the beach!

When we stepped in, we can smell a hint of bleach so we knew it was clean. As always, the house had plenty of room, plenty of blankets and towels. The newly renovated bathrooms look great! It was comfortable and relaxing. It's our second time staying here and we plan on many more.

The home was wonderfully laid out for a big family. Everyone had an exceptional time, from the comfort of the home to the convenience of the beach. Already looking at dates for next year.

This is a really nice house right on the beach. It has 3 king beds plus a bunk room. The only drawback was we didn't have access to the boat ramp key or keycard for the Sea Isle pier and pool.

We enjoyed time with our two adult children and their families. The house was spacious, clean, and well supplied. Three bathrooms was nice. I asked for a high chair and it was provided. We enjoyed the covered deck and hammock. The outside shower, with hot water, was great to shower off our little ones. The closeness to the beach was perfect. Someone could stay with a sleeping baby, but could watch the rest of the family playing on beach. Great house for multiple families.

The home was perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for meals and well-equipped with TONS of supplies, like silverware, plates, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable and the newly remodeled bathrooms were great. The beach was never crowded and it's one of the few places that cars couldn't directly access, so we felt comfortable letting our small children play freely. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. I would recommend this place. Had a neighbor behind the place that complained about music and crowd noise but it wasn’t too bad. Big and spacious. Close to beach. Sleeps plenty! I would rent it again!!!

Stayed here with my family (husband, three children), in-laws, and sister/brother-in-law and their 2 children. The home was a beautiful, spacious, spotless escape. It was stocked better-than-average for a vacation rental. The living area gave our family a nice open area to sprawl out and relax in, or eat our meals together when we weren't enjoying the deck or the beach! The bathroom updates were gorgeous and new since we booked last winter. Quiet cups of coffee in the early morning, watching storm clouds roll over the ocean, and splashing in the surf were perfect ways to reset on this relaxing vacation. Wine fridge and bar area was a nice bonus as well. We also really enjoyed being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to escape, but close enough to enjoy pizza or get groceries as needed! Would book back at this location in a heart beat.

The house was absolutely amazing! It was in the perfect spot right on the beach. The beautiful views were endless. There were lots of seating inside, and outside. The house looks even better in person. Everything was nicely updated including the bathrooms. The private outdoor shower was a life saver for everyone including the dog. Our family will definitely be back soon.
