Room was lovely, very clean, plenty room to hang clothes, good choice of tea and coffee. Staff were so helpful and professional. Great location for shops, beach and easy travel to different places. Breakfast was lovely, not a large choice but more than enough to set you up for the day and very fresh.

Maybe a non slip mat in the shower cubical.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking was good and we were able to park prior to check-in. Continental breakfast suited us fine but there was no cooked breakfast available (we may not have checked this when booking). Check if it's important to you!

Minor points but no fresh fruit salad on the Monday morning! No staffing Sunday night made access an issue as we had not been advised in advance about our key use for the front door but easily resolved with a phone call (a simple oversight in the morning!)

On our first day here, it was lovely and we were greeted and hosted by a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome and chatted to us for a little bit - she was the highlight of our stay

Unfortunately, the room was freezing along with the shower. The room we stayed in (15) sounded like it was going to take off in the wind. We had barely any sleep the whole stay. We were left in the hotel on our own, which would have been okay, but we had no one to speak to about our shower being cold or the heating not being on overnight. Then, when we came down for breakfast this morning before we checked out, there was no one around, and the food seemed to have been left out overnight for us. This was highly disappointing for us as the start of the stay was amazing but let down on the last night. We have emailed since the stay but have had no response off of anyone.

The hotel is right on the seafront near the centre of town. very modern reception/bar area. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Staff were very pleasant. Easy checkin/checkout. Continental breakfast had a decent choice and everything was nice and fresh.

Quite a lot of noise from the doors that lead on to the room balcony. It was very windy in the night and the wind literally whistled through the doors. The hotel obviously can’t control the weather but if you’re a light sleeper perhaps don’t get a sea facing balcony room. Beautiful when the weather is good though I’m sure. Would have liked a choice of a cooked breakfast, even if an extra charge. Parking a bit tight.

I paid £120 for a deluxe double which turned out to be very small. tiny in fact with a very small just about double bed. the selling point is a sea view and balcony…. hmmm… more like a car park view with the sea miles away and an outside shelf for one person to shuffle onto. you could not fit chairs and people on the so called balcony but you could reach over and steal a drink off your neighbours balcony no trouble if so inclined- it was tiny ! also £120 for a tiny room does not come with breakfast ! real rip off

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated Bedroom had all the facilities we needed, with a proper coffee machine, although never enough milk! Continental breakfast was an quality affair with fresh and tasty produce Offered a happy Gin hour

Friendly and welcoming staff who we’re always happy to help.

There was no accessible rooms. Therefore it was a struggle to get my elderly mum in and out of the shower, from off the toilet and also the low level couch and the high bed.

The breakfast was good. Nice bar. Comfortable bed.

Our room didn’t get made up. The decor was a bit dingy and the standard of decoration not high. The furnishings in the room were a bit tired. We had a broken chair on the balcony that was not replaced after we had reported it. If parking was organised diagonally, it would make parking very much easier.
