The staff at the reception are quite lost. The room we were given had a problem with the cooling and it was quite warm. eventually the staff changed our room.

the location is amazing! we could visit a lot of historical sites related to the Cold War. The breakfast was great! With plenty of options (including vegan). We stayed in a good size room, with a very comfortable bed. there was also a supermarket below the building which was very handy to buy water and some night snacks (much cheaper than the options in our room)

The hotel is very accessible to all public transportation. The staff were so nice, accomodating and helpful. Especially their duty manager, Samer. The room is very clean. Will also rate their breakfast 10/10. They also have a free sauna which you really need after a long day of tour in Berlin!

Black mold in the shower

The room was large with comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities. It was close to transport and a laundry was in easy walking distance.

Location, service, breakfast, cleanliness, connectivity were great. We asked questions on best places for viewing new year fireworks and got good suggestions.

Even though we chose double beds we got two single beds which was uncomfortable but we didn't mind given other factors made up for this tiny issue
