Front desk staffs is friendly, but restaurants staffs is kind of impolite and no service!

Far away from MTR station, and quite complicated by using the subway exits back to hotel.

There was an important incident. I feel I must share it with you.. on my arrival I gave house keepibg some clothes to be dry cleaned..sfter one hour the housekeeper came to my room and showed me pohotos of money and my laundry .. which I left in my trousers.. Hours later, in my way out, I stopped by the reception where they gave me the money in a sealed envelope I requested to see the person who found the money so she came I offered her money away to say thank you for her honesty she refused in very humple nice manner .. as she said it was her job to do that and doesn't accept gratuities for the job she is getting paid for ... by the way, the money was found equivalent about one week of her salary That was a good lesson 👏

the food I am pure vegetarian atleast you should keep something in Buffet breakfast for veg it had all beef,meat chicken and what ever nothing for an Indian person to eat, At last i just had to take some fruits to make myself survive Why booking.com shows breakfast available to Indian Customers when you can’t even serve them very poor experience with booking.com and swissotel i will never recommend to use booking.com

The hotel is amazing and food was delicious. The hotel staff is co-operative. Offered free shuttle to Canton Fair. The location is great! Recommend to stay at Swissotel Foshan.

I had a terrible situation in this hotel .my money $2000 stolen from my safe box .i had more amount inside but they took as little as they think you will not notice it or count it before checkout .it was a stuff from hotel who took it. they know how to open the safe box even if you put your own password believe me guys . i was very sure after i saw the cctv. the housekeeping man go two days to my room to clean first day it was normal behavior open the door spent 10 minutes cleaning and door was open all the time but second day he went inside my room closed the door after he got inside for 10 minutes and opened again 5 minutes cleaning then he closed the door again for 8 minutes and opened door and cleaning again for more 6 minutes he spent about 25 minutes in my room. even i am alone and me room always clean maybe need only 5 to 10 minutes to finish cleaning he took all this long time also what was very suspicious that he closed the door two times when he was inside .as my knowledge house keeping will always keep it open because if you come back you dont get surprised that some one inside . also nobody come inside my room with me in my all stay by cctv camera only the housekeeping and his supervisor get inside my room . The hotel was not cooperate with me enough its seems they don't care .even i asking them many times and had an argument with them for an hour because they didnt want to show me the cctv.i write all this to warning people that safe box its not safe to put your valuable belongs in this hotel even its a 5 stars hotel

Someone from the cleaning staff stole my electronic cigarette, and I informed the receptionist and the head butler, and my bag was searched, and to make sure that I did this problem, and I here withdraw my dissatisfaction with this service and the credibility of the hotel in losing the luggage and purposes of the guests surreptitiously during the process of cleaning rooms My room number is 3811

Check in time too late (1 room around 16:30 and the others 2 around 17:30).

Room was huge (got a free upgrade which was nice!) - it is a very comfortable hotel, great restaurant and cafe on site, and very close to the popular nightlife areas of Foshan like the Foshan Creative Park. Bar is open until 2am, which is later than most hotel bars in China. The breakfast is on the 50th floor so you get an amazing view of the city while you eat. Great baked goods at breakfast!

The swimming pool was crowded with children each time we went (I think it might be open to the public). Some of the staff seem undertrained. I asked a cleaner for a spoon at breakfast (in Chinese) and she just pointed in a random direction and walked away (I went to where she pointed and didn't see any spoons, in fact they ended up being right next to her when I asked...so that was a little frustrating). The cooks during breakfast also ran out of eggs and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make some bacon (I actually think they forgot the first time I asked and only started making it the second time I asked).

The views from the room were incredible. Watching monsoonal storms roll in from high-up is pretty cool. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of Western and Chinese options. The location was well placed in Foshan: near the action but not so close to be noisy and surrounded by people. The room was well sized with a large open bathroom area.

The bed was a little hard (by Western standards) but by Chinese standards I would assume this to be normal.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they could speak English well. Great location. Variety of both European and Chinese cuisine, delicious food

The room is huge and with a beautiful view of the city! Staff all around the hotel are welcoming and very happy to help! The breakfast has very good choices! Hotel facilities clean and beautiful. The bathroom in the room is perfect. Will 100% book here when in Foshan again. Highly recommend!
