We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the perfect location! It was just as pictured and even better than expected. We loved the pool and hot tub and the location is amazing. Would love to stay again.

The condo is beautiful and clean, and very spacious! It’s in the greatest location, you can walk on the Greenbelt down to the ocean and see the turtles! The condo is so close to the pool, and it is very quiet in there! Can’t wait to return, will definitely rent again!

Very comfortable villa with all the room needed for our stay. Nice location with short walking path to beach to see the sunset or sea turtles. Pool has a nice resort feel with both sun and shade areas.

We definitely recommend this location for families with young children. (Ours are 1 and 3). The pool is perfect and steps from the front door. We enjoyed the short walk to Poipu Beach, very pleasant and close by. But also the walk to Shipwreck beach is also close by and also recommended! For our kids, we always wonder how they will sleep (since that ultimately determines how well rested we will be too), and this unit was perfect. The ac and fans work well. It’s quiet most of the time (some noisy people upstairs at 6am a few times). But the advantage of being ground floor with no stairs to worry about offset that for our 1 year old. We also had a few asks for Surrey and the response and service were top notch!

Three couples with young children had plenty of space to cook, play, nap, and relax. We loved the convenience of walking to the beaches and having the pool steps away - it allowed for maximum flexibility with all of the kids on different schedules. Would definitely stay again! Surrey was very communicative and accommodating with early check-in and converting the twin room to a king. Mahalo!!

Wonderful stay at this gorgeous Poipu condo

The condo was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents, and kids. The pool and grounds are beautiful, with a short walk through the greenbelt to get to the beach. The lanai with dining table and lounges was our favorite place to hang out when not out exploring. Lots of geckos, birds, and flowers to enjoy on our morning and evening strolls. Highly recommend…thank you to Mike and Surrey for being great hosts!

Family vacation with 2 teen agers 13 / 16. Both took surfing lesson with their parents and spent the rest of the time within walking distance of the unit in the surf. Best time so far of their lives.

The condo layout was perfect for our family and grandparents stay with 2 young children. Pool and grounds are also super. Easy walk to the beach but also very quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys. We had a great time, thanks Surrey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve made numerous trips to Kauai over the years and this was by far the nicest condo. The home was clean and beautifully furnished. Great floor plan. The grandchildren loved the boogie boards, beach toys, pool — and the wagon was used for every trip to the beach. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen and often ate at the table on the lanai which is only a few steps from the walking path— yet has a nice private feel. Appreciated all the containers for leftovers, snacks etc. Would happily stay here again. My 5yr old grandson asked if we could come back for my next birthday.

If your looking for a place to stay on the southern part of Kauai this is it. It is an excellent location. Three beaches were close enough that we just walked to them. The area was quiet and the pool was located right out our front door. Only recommendation is we needed dish towels and the lanai door had a squeak. But having a washer and dryer and air conditioning certainly made up for this!! 5 stars for sure!!

The property is impeccable. If you're looking for a place in Poipu, near the beach, with a pool, this is it. Will definitely visit again and stay here.

Our entire family loved this condo. It was exactly as described in the listing, with large bedrooms, fantastic location and a bunch of extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. This was our first time in Kauai, so the info the host shared prior to our arrival was extremely helpful and gave us some direction on top attractions and restaurants. The location on the island made it easy to get every where that we wanted. Highly recommend this condo!!

The property was all that was represented in the advertisement. Everything we needed was supplied and more. I would not hesitate to go back to the same place. Was our home away from home — minus the snow of course.

We stayed for one week at this resort and comfortably fit 2 families. The unit is a bottom floor unit with high ceilings and back doors that opened up all the way, so you can enjoy the nice garden views and eat meals outdoors. Because it is a bottom unit, there can be some noise from above, but it was not bad. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and even had a number of spices and teas leftover from previous renters, although this can obviously change depending on what is used. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were soft. They provide some shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer are very nice and there is laundry detergent available. There is also a wagon that can be used to take all of the beach toys (boogie boards, inner tube, pool noodles) down to the beach, which was very convenient. There are also Tommy Bahama backpack chairs and an umbrella. Brennecke beach is about a 7 minute walk and a couple more minutes to Poipu, which is where we spent most of out time. You can see the sea turtles swim up to shore at sunset, so awesome! Overall a lovely stay.

This condo was spotless, included everything needed for a day at the beach or when exploring other parts of the island. Both the owner and the property manager replied quickly with any of our concerns and or questions. Great place to stay!!

The Villa was amazing! We had a party of 6 and it was the perfect amount of space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make us not feel like we were on top of each other. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this host and area to anyone!

The location of BlueTides Villa is great. It's close to Poipu Beach, for the little ones, and also Bennecke Beach for surfers. The unit provides a lot of beach toys for little ones, also a surf board, a boogie board, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The wagon was really handy for lugging all that to the beach. There are food and beach rentals by the beach. A shopping mall with restaurant and stores about 10 min away. The area has everything you need. The unit is also very clean, has all the amenities needed and the complex is beautiful. The lanai is one of our favorite things about the unit. This is definitely the pick.

We loved our stay here! The unit is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were out on the lanai every day opening all the doors wide and enjoying the breeze and warm air. Location was fantastic! We would absolutely return.

The property was beautiful! Its a short walk to the beach and nearly everything you need for beaching was at the property, we just brought our snorkels! The pool was amazing and we were in it nearly every day. We will definitely be back in the future!

What a fun , family trip for 3 generations ! So many amenities that made it less stressful , and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Walked to see the sunset every night ! Restaurants , adventures all made it a wonderful trip . The pool and grounds were breathtaking , we will definitely be back !

Perfect for families with young children! Great swimming pool and easy walk to beautiful beach for swimming. I loved the clean grill near the pool and used it several times. Lots of beach toys to use!

We had a wonderful time. The home was absolutely beautiful. The location on the corner is quiet and serene. You have the pool right outside your front door. I loved the walkway to the ocean and Hyatt. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent again!

This was the most amazing and beautiful condo we have stayed in. We were celebrating our wedding and it definitely accommodated our family and friends. The kitchen was awesome, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of places for everyone to go. The beach was within walking distance and the pool was fabulous. Beautiful condo inside and out….Easy check in/out… Roomy for a family of 6 adults and one newborn! Kitchen is well stocked… beds were comfortable.. layout was perfect.. beautiful patio to relax amongst the extremely well kept grounds. Location could not have been better.. steps to pool.. quick walk to beach for swimming.. surfing.. boogie boarding (all provided along with chairs, umbrella and cart)… and turtles!
