Good location

You need to pay the parking, the receptionist -a young girl- very poorly prepared to give information.Kettle in the room with no coffee , only 2 sachets of herbs. When I asked the receptionist for coffee wasn't capable to give us an answer. She called back after 5 min saying very dry, we don't offer coffee sachets and the restaurant it is closed. It was 7pm and we were tired after 7 hours driving.The room acceptable, could be better for the money. Very good location

Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. There is a shopping mall with a Carrefour supermarket next door. We walked to all the attractions. Our room was on the ground floor with a shower and this is great for people with mobility problems. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine with some hot items as well.

The location was excellent, exactly in the city center with easy access to lots of location. Parking available behind the hotel which was a big plus. The restaurant, even if opened only until 20:00 served good food.

The rooms are very old, the floor is squeaking, the doors are squeaking, the bed is squeaking and the paint is quite old, cracked and yellow. Being there with a 2 year old it was a challenge to move inside the room once he fell asleep.

As an old backpacker traveler who is a night owl, I chose this hotel for my 4 day stay in Cluj, because it is located in the center of the city, near Piata Unirii, where St. Michael's Church is. Many pubs and tourist attractions can be reached by walking. The single room I had was very small and the bed was narrow, only for one person. Well, I just needed an affordable room with a bed in the city-center. I can't say anything about breakfast, as I never had breakfast, because I never got up before 10 am. The food in the restaurant of the hotel is good and value for money. Example: chicken breast cutlet baked with cheese with potato wedges and salad for 40 lei. I liked to have dinner in the open air in the courtyard of the hotel. Right next to the hotel is also a kebab restaurant and a shopping center with grocery store. Behind this center are parking spaces for electric cars with charging facilities.

The room I had could not be completely darkened, daylight fell into the room from a window above the door.

Close to the city center and all main sights. Central location over-weights all minor drawbacks of the accomodation. Surprisingly, but there was a water kettle in a room. Sound isolation was good, at least in room 116. Price / comfort ratio was OK.

Food was great but the room was small and sometimes people might have to wait.
