Room size is big

A little far from the market and shipping center but if you have car is no problem

Due to my busy schedule I did not have time to check out the hotels' facilities, such as the swimming pool, which I regret. But overall the hotel was very comfortable and met my expectations. Staff speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. They also allowed early check in. The location is under ten minutes walk to Zumiao station, which is where the Lingnan Xintiandi complex is along with some other tourist attractions related to Foshan's martial arts legends. I will definitely consider staying here next time I am in my hometown.

One of the receptionists called Jokir was rude in his dealings with us for no reason!

I have booked three rooms. Many mosquitoes inside the rooms at night. Although we change another room the next day, situation remained unchanged.

Wonderful location, near major shopping malls, night markets and train stations. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anyone to help with our luggages when we first arrive, Which was bit disappointing.

Good check-in experience, very good service attitude of the hotel staff, especially Maggie, assistant manager of the lobby, who provided great help during the stay

The bedroom (at 19th floor) was comfortable and silent, no noises perceived by adjacent rooms or services out of the door. WiFi fast and open to some western apps. Breakfast with continental or oriental food, good quality and variety.

Comfortable room. Massage at Fitness centre was excellent.

At breakfast, which has an amazing selection, staff don't offer tea or coffee, you have to help yourself which means a second trip up to the buffet. Unfortunately the furniture is packed so tight you can hardly get through the seating without moving chairs to pass by.

Could not use google search engineer for work and no information given to warn customers prior to booking or in room once at hotel, and no help with information on process and need and option as to which search engine could be used. Only having one expensive option for very extensive breakfast, is not ideal where a lot of people just want a very light inexpensive breakfast

Everything! For the price this hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff especially must be commended. The hotel itself is quite old but has been maintained very well. The staff attitude makes up for any faults this hotel has. They helped us in every way they could. This is how a hotel should be run.

Maybe just make sure everything works properly in the hotel. Need more budget for maintenance I think. But as I said the staff made sure they helped us and that’s the important part for me.
