Le SPA devait être fonctionnel à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pu y accéder. Pas de chambres communicantes alors qu'une demande avait été faite. Une erreur pour le paiement des taxes que j'ai mentionnée avec appels et mails à répétitions. AUCUNE réponse de la part de l'hôtel. Par téléphone, on dit demain ce sera fait mais le lendemain... RIEN! Un manque total de respect de la part des responsables de l'hôtel.

La chambre était spacieuse, salle de bain correct.

La piscine / Hammam, beaucoup trop de monde et le Sauna en panne. J'avais réservé cette hôtel uniquement pour ça malgré le prix plus élevé, donc je suis déçu. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Manque de politesse d'une certaine personne de l établissements.. Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt à 13h au lieu de 15h. La personne a la réception a oublié son sourire et la politesse. On avait l impression de la déranger alors qu elle ne faisait rien. Le premier contact raté, heureusement le reste du personnel était agréable et surtout poli..

Le tout. Le petit déjeuner était bon, il y avait du choix. Le personnel était très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Petit bémol, la température de la piscine était un peu trop froide à mon goût.

I'm sorry if I have to write negative reviews, but there's no other way. For 1 - hopefully it will also help the owners, who certainly invested a lot of time and money in the business - secondly, maybe this review will be beneficial for other guests, who may avoid disappointment for their money. I worked for 20 years in a restaurant, so I can fairly objectively evaluate what I can expect as a guest, and what other guests sometimes don't even see. Hotel - staff seemed quite uninformed. When asked how much a taxi would cost to Beauvais airport, about 100 km, the answer was €70. To our surprise, it was an excellent price, the receptionist replied that she would check it - the subsequent information was €1,700 - which is again 10 times more compared to the regular price. That's why we didn't use the hotel taxi. Immediately upon check-in, the hotel took a 2x250€ deposit. Supposedly, if we destroyed something, or if they treated the staff disrespectfully. I am very temperamental, I had to control myself the whole time so as not to accidentally touch someone, and that is why we did not solve the subsequent shortcomings on the spot at all. Overall, the hotel had a dirty, shabby feel. Carpets in the corridors dust balls, crumbs, stains everywhere - on the walls, on the ceiling and on the carpets. The windows were so dirty I could write on them with my finger. Dirty elevator doors - I wrote umy me on them, and the next day the staff just wiped off the writing with a rag, the rest of the dirt remained. I consider it a very big shortcoming that we didn't have ceiling lights in the rooms, only side lights on the bed. We had rooms with a kitchen - it was absolutely unusable - there were practically no dishes or cutlery. The maximum we could cut was a baguette. The complete absence of a wine opener in the wine landscape. Peeled furniture, doors - overall very neglected interior, level more like a hostel than a 4* hotel.

Great location, close to the airport still, pretty quiet environment. The studio was very roomy, and the bed extremely comfortable. Option to book a shuttle to reach the airport very convenient and a great time saver.

Time for check in and check out didn't offer lots of flexibility. We wished we could have checked in earlier to rest in the hotel before exploring the city meanwhile option to check out after 11am was priced the worth of half a day. Also, the water running from the bathtub wasn't hot so having a bath was not an option.

I liked the room size and spa.

I didn’t like the spa schedule, restaurant schedule as well and no room service.

Large comfortable room with excellent bathroom, walk-in shower and bath. Great bartender.

Breakfast was expensive and disorganized with not enough staff to cope with the number of people.

1) spacious room . I stayed only one night 2) staff were friendly and helpful . ( staff at reception and staff at restaurant ) sorry I forgot their names though 3) interior of the lobby looks good with bar and nice restaurant t 4) spa ok . i didn’t expect much but a steam bath ( Hamman) and sauna . not many people so it was just great for me .

1) to be honest , the fire alarm freaking scared me . I was sleeping peacefully ( with my alarm set at 0930) and suddenly I was awakened around 0800 with a non stop fire alarm . I was ok the 4th floor . tried calling reception but no answer . as I was all alone ,and with the fire alarm I thought I had to really evacuate . rushed out the corridor with only the hotel bathrobe n sandals looking fir a staircase exit . luckily at the end of the of the corridor, a room opened and a young lady also dressed in pyjamas said to me Don’t worry it happens all the time , all the time ,( thanks to get i das reassured and went back to my room ) ps . later I found out the reason why this happens so often ( I will not write here the reason but having said that I believe you should write somewhere in your website the reason why the fire alarms go off frequently . it scared me really and I thought I had to evacuate the building asap

I like the hotel

The one problem is that I’m waiting for my deposit also it’s very high deposit

We went there to relax and rest. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the whole sauna were great.
