Everything was absolutely clean and spotless when we arrived not to mention the pool and all the bedrooms they were all extremely neat! I definitely recommend people to consider coming here for their vacation it is absolutely worth it.

The property we stayed at was perfect, very spacious and many amenities that you need in Palm Springs! The owner/property manager we’re super helpful and it was the first property I’ve ever been at where the pool cleaners were friendly and let us know exactly what they were doing and why. No complaints here and would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at Desert Chill. Its such an amazing house, great location, perfect backyard and pool/spa. Arrived now is also so helpful and friendly with anything we need help with. This house does NOT disappoint.

First time the Palm Springs-this house was PERFECT. The ease of communication with property management was so easy. Quick responses. Was a very great experience. Location of the house is close to downtown and sits on a quiet street. Felt very private and overall just a great place. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great pool and hot tub, comfortable rooms. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing major.

This house is exceptionally comfortable. It has all the amenities you may need. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and spa are convenient in a private back yard with access from two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable as are the sofas in the living room. Several bathrooms to choose from and the master shower is just divine. The location is convenient to everywhere in Palm Springs. Easy access and a fun stay. This is the best place for a real vacation. Also found some outstanding vegan food not far away for take out.

Great location, fully stocked kitchen, great lay out. Plenty of space. Floors were dirty, but other than that, it was clean and nice. Absolutely would stay there again.

This was the perfect getaway space for 10 adults. The pool and yard are a good space to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of communal space inside for group dining, games, etc.

House was amazing! Jake was a doll. He arrived a few minutes after we did and showed us the house & let us know how to use the electronics. Plenty of space for out family vacation. All 10 of us fit perfectly.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable. Loved having the property manager meet us there at check in to show us how retuning works. There was nothing missing in the kitchen to cook. The AC was strong, which is a must when you’re visiting Palm Springs in the summer. The pool and backyard was so peaceful and welcoming. The entire property was an oasis we didn’t want to leave. Checking out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We took a family trip and there were four families. There were enough rooms for the 4 families and my girls had there own room. The pool is a nice size and was warm. The location was about 30 min from the outlets and from Westfield mall. They provided pots pans and spices. Quit neighborhood.

The pool was honestly a little smaller than I anticipated which was the only negative about the house (21ft x 14ft). I wish more homes would disclose information about how big the pool is prior to booking but this is a common issue I’ve found with most properties, not just this one. Other than that I had a great stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at sunrise park the house was beautiful and very well-kept. The house was clean and everything worked perfectly. Our entire group raved about how great the house was, the pictures do not do it justice it’s even better in person. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

Awesome property for group for girls weekend. House is nicely decorated, comfy beds, nice bathrooms/showers. Kitchen has all u need. Great location, private backyard awesome pool/spa.

I booked this stay last-minute for me, my husband, and our dog and we really enjoyed it. This place is clean and modern. The pool was much bigger in-person than it looks in the photos. The hot tub was clean and in working order (something we've yet to find in 3 years of multiple mini-vacays in Palm Springs). This place has 5 bedrooms/4 bathroom and one bed/bath is semi-detached and very private. Both the "casita" and master bedroom are HUGE.The management company was very responsive; we didn't have any issues, but did have a few questions to which they responded by text right away.The living room sofa was very comfortable, as were the beds. Kitchen is adequately stocked with all the basics you'll need. Bathrooms are all recently remodeled and very clean.Out of all the places we've stayed in Palm Springs, this one was the best value. Perfect for a big family, group, or couples.

Beautiful home and neighborhood! The darling Jake was there to greet us and make sure all of our questions were answered. He was available by text the entire weekend and quick to respond with any questions. The house was just beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the pool and outdoor area. My only small complaint would be the air conditioning. We needed it a little cooler to sleep at night but you’re not allowed to turn it below 76. I would also recommend paying the extra fee if you like the pool pretty warm, which I do. It was okay temp for day but not night swimming. That said, I would stay here again and again. Honestly just a charming home and management company.
