The room was very spacious and well-designed with super views. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The hotel staff were welcoming, however, there were not enough English-speaking staff. On the first night, our air conditioner was leaking and when we reported it the situation was quickly rectified and we were re-located to a corner room with better views. I also love how the room service was delivered in baskets (nice touch).

The air conditioner was very noisy and in our first room the airconditioner did leak, however, the staff responded to this and our room was changed quickly. Not enough English-speaking staff were available and the language was an issue.

Bed was super comfy. Complementary toilets were appreciated as I’d forgotten my razor. Bar has an amazing view and the staff were great.

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC. There is bit of mildew in the bathroom and one of the plug socket covers came away from the wall when trying to put a plug in the socket.

Die Lage ist perfekt und der Blick vom Zimmer unbezahlbar. Auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert! Die Zimmer haben einer sehr gute Größe, alles super sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem, der Service einwandfrei. An der Rezeption wird ausgezeichnet Englisch gesprochen. Wir haben nach einer zweiten Bettdecke gefragt und Housekeeping kam innerhalb von 3 Minuten. War gar nicht so schlimm, dass es am Vormittag kurz geregnet hat, so haben wir das Hotelzimmer und den Blick noch mehr genießen können. Das Frühstück ist üppig und vielseitig (asiatisch und kontinental). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder zurück kommen und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Bad smell in corridor and poor assistance and suggestion by information desk. Room service (food) closes 10 pm. The hotel is old and some tiles are broken.
