I feel like this place is a total rental. Or the owners just never cook. No tupperware, no large bowls for big salads, no measuring cups/spoons. The management company was VERY responsive when I mentioned the HUGE holes in the walls where the 3” cockroaches would traverse thru often. After killing a few and them sealing it, We only saw one more 2 incher. The beach chairs/umbrella was awesome. But the pool has ZERO umbrella’s, so bring one anyway if you can. Half of the codes didnt work as set, but eventually we got it going. It was really weird to say the gate code to walk in started with a 7, when it was a 1-2-3-4-5 push button device. It was VERY tight when we had 7, cozy at 6 and comfortable when 5 People or less sleeping. So for your $$, keep that in mind. Their parking spot (1 inside) was literally one of the best, others or visitors can park outside, plenty of spaces. Being across the street from the best dining on the island (PegLeg Petes) a plus! Cant really see the beach in front as this faces the sound and longways down the beach sunset side (better than sunrise!) but great view of the pool if you need to yell at the kids! 2 elevators are a little slow, so be on island time! Lol. Comfy furniture and beds (firm but memory foam or the like).

If you want a beach front vacation, this is the place!

The condo was clean and had lots of room for everybody to move around. The beach views were beautiful and we all felt right at home. The host was very friendly and I'd stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. It’s great for a large family.

Overall great, although they need change machine in laundry, and for Being gated gates we’re stuck open quite often.

My family of 4 very much enjoyed our 4 night stay. We would stay again. Positives: -awesome location, beach access, pool, hot tub -comfortable beds -overall very clean -beach chairs and umbrella included -covered and secure parking Minor comments: -pictures are out of date as a decent amount of the furnishing are different (mostly in a good way) -kitchen is very small but worked fine for our little family -no umbrellas by the pool -didn’t notice there was no oven mitt until we needed it

Beautiful view !! This property was just as described ! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked .

Overall, we had a good stay. The weather did not cooperate, but we made the best of it. The host send detailed information which we appreciated.

Amazing beach access, we had a great time sitting in the hot tub watching the surf roll in. We had a few rainy days but we enjoyed just staying in and watching some movies on the big screen TV in the living room. We couldn’t ask for a better property at a better value.

Perfect location! No complaints except the condo was not clean as it should be.

The location of this condo was excellent. There was adequate parking, a very short walk to the beach, a large pool and hot tub area as well. You can enjoy amazing sunset views from the balcony. It's located across the street from Peg Leg Pete's, one of the town's most treasured restaurants. The size of the condo and arrangements of beds worked well for our family of 5. The kitchen is incredibly small but accurate according to the pictures. The overall rating is a 4-star because there were some items that needed attention such as a unit deep clean (baseboards unkept, layers of dust along vents, ceilings, etc.), the refrigerator ice/water function barely kept up, one of the bedroom TVs was not working, and only one pot had a matching lid. All minor inconveniences and would not affect my decision to stay here again simply because of the location and condo amenities.

We loved our stay here at Sans Souci! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, also had great bedrooms for our whole family. The rental chairs were an added plus and the location to the beach can’t be beat!! We’ll be back!

Great spot.

The pictures of furnishings are different than what is actually in the unit. The kitchen is misrepresented by the camera lens and angle of pictures taken. Two people could not fit in the kitchen at the same time. The refrigerator makes ice at a snails pace. The unit is advertised as completely renovated but it is actually in major need of cosmetic repairs. There is no way this unit was recently renovated. It advertises free beach chairs - needs to be rewritten to mention 2 beach chairs are free and you must pay for extras. I do feel that we overpaid for this unit based on the pictures and description and both were not as advertised.

Had a wonderful time.

Probably my fault. Somehow I thought our unit was facing directly to the beach. Was also misled about the size of the kitchen - very very small. Also, not very well equipped with cooking utensils. Not satisfied with "office". Went by several times to report master bedroom doorknob that had come apart. Never found a person there. Attempted to fix it myself, did not have proper screwdriver. Would probably stay at the complex again only if I could get beachfront.

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The owners were so great and were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. The pictures did not do the condo justice. Great location and easy walk right onto the beach

For our first time didnt want to be cramped in a tiny hotel room with 7 people (4 kids all under 10) so we found this great place on the beach, room for everyone. Property is beautiful, the views are beautiful the veach is perfect. The lazy days service that is offered is a must and is a great add on that our room offered!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The rooms were clean and spacious, the family loved the hot tub and pool, and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach. I would stay there again!

Rental process was very easy and all needed information was supplied well before we arrived.

Great place to stay . Comfy beds, kitchen adequately supplied . Who can go wrong with lazy day chairs, sunshine, gulf water and fabulous views of sunrise and sunset ? Peg legs was the icing on the cake .

Excellent sunset views as advertised! Short walk to the beach and chairs were out and ready daily. Onsite pool was very clean and nice area to hang out in. Slept six comfortably. A little away from the boardwalk and other restaurants and the ubers were expensive. Good thing Tom Thumb and Peg Legs was just across the street. We felt safe with the security gates around the condo.

Great location, great parking , amazing view, everything was comfortable and as expected. We will be back!
