We chose to stay here for our son's baseball WS tournament. It was perfect for what we needed. 2 rooms with a King were an added plus. You must be able to handle the noise of a train, didn't bother me and by the last 2 nights, I never woke up from the noise. Love the town and would definitely book again.

The property is well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Had adequate parking for 2 cars and was very convenient to restaurants, beach, shopping and casinos. Train was close and loud but after all you are in Gulfport. Thanks for hosting us. We’ll be back.

The only issue we encountered was parking seem that people do not follow parking assignments. Our main spot was taken the entire time we stayed and had to use guest parking and walk to our unit.

Awesome rental. Description on listing was a little misleading, listing advises two sets of bunk beds. Owner cleared it up for us. Place was clean and spacious. Owner has great communication. Rental also included lots of items for use such as kitchen utensils, crock pots etc. Very short distance to beach and restaurants. Overall great place at a great price with a great owner.

The place was very nice . Comfortable and close to everything. The location was very family friendly. Other visitors were staying at the location very home away from home . Only downer was the train it runs all night 5 times on Saturday nite I counted lol . Other than that I would recommend this location for a nice get away .

Everything was clean and comfortable! The only thing is I thought there was a bunk bed down stairs and it was a full bed instead. Other than that everything was great. We would stay here again!

Everything was in order. It was spacious and comfortable. Close to beach for a morning walk and not heavy traffic for getting out and shopping and seeing what was available for activities.

Great condo
Condo itself was very roomy and clean. It is further from the beach than we would have liked. We ended up driving and not walking. The train behind us was VERY loud and woke everyone up at night. However we would stay again! The kids enjoyed the yard and played ball while we cooked dinner.

Great Stay
Excellent property. Very comfortable beds and space. The first train was a little startling but it didn't take long to get used to them. We would choose this property again if the opportunity came about.

Great for large group and short stay
Overall this rental is great. Lots of space for everyone, all the necessary essentials were available. The location is great and felt secure and safe. The manager of the property was great to work with and communicated well.
Our only dislike was that the furniture is cheap dorm like and not very comfortable for sitting and watching TV or socializing for any length of time and the mattresses are very thin and not very comfortable. So if you are looking for more than a couple of nights sleep qualm may be an issue.
But the backyard has a great sitting area and a grill, that was a nice feature. For one night, we were overall very pleased.
Would book again for a single night stay.

Enjoyed our stay!
Owner communication was great and we didn’t have any problems. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We came for Cruisin the Coast and was close to all the action. This wasn’t a problem for us but about 10:30pm and 5:30am a train came through and the train tracks are pretty much in the back yard. We were able to sleep through it and our three month old was able to sleep through it too. We are noisy people though. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Excellent stay
We had a great time while staying here. The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect!! Everything is just as it is pictured on the listing!! The price was great for everything included, and for a family of 7 like ours! We loved it!
There is a train track directly behind the place, and it runs at night too. So just a heads up. My boys thought it was super cool.
The neighbor Mike was very friendly too. 😁

Backyard fun!
Derrick was a great host. We had an issue with the bbq grill and Derrick took care of it right away. The unit was perfect for my mother's 96th birthday party where local family members could join us in the backyard for a BBQ.
I would have rated it a 5 except for the train that comes by several times a day.

Good place to stay
Property was just as advertised. Plenty of room and everything we needed was there. Only issue was proximity to railroad. Very close. Nice neighborhood and gated community. We would definitely stay here again. Great for kids.

Great property that was just as expected. Communication with owner was quick. Only issue was having people parked in both of the parking spots for our townhouse upon returning late the night before leaving and having to park a little further away in parking spot for a different townhouse.

Good location, close to the beach.
Enjoyed our stay, lots going on with COVID but everything was open and good to go. We could walk to the beach and the casinos were close by. We enjoyed the shopping and gulf seafood was amazing. Great trip.

Nice location. Walls are thin and the train takes some getting use to. Property was as pictured and easy to access. It rained everyday so it was nice to have all the TV streaming options available.

Softball nationals
Had a great experience. Derick did a great job communicating with us both before and during our stay. Perfect for softball or baseball families playing at the gulfport sportsplex and it has super close and easy beach access.

Super cute affordable condo with everything we needed for a nice relaxing visit.. the furniture is a bit worn but with 4 kids that made me more relaxed than a newer furnished place would have... the train runs right behind this unit and it is loud several times a night sometimes... other than that the location is great, it’s clean and safe and close to the beach and local attractions..the owners were super nice and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay..

Great Stay
We had a short trip, just a quick getaway. This place was so easy to check in, go to the beach, and all the quiet we needed compared to a hotel. The back patio was nice in the evenings after a long day at the pool. Will visit again.
