Good location and value for money. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, available for anything you may need. The room was clean and with everything needed, also beautiful decorated. Will reserve again!

The staff was very friendly and they gave me a beach umbrella :). The beach is very close and a lots of restaurants around and bus stops and underground stations, so you can visit the city easy. I recommend this place because is clean (very white towels) and nice place. I hope to see you again next year.

The location of the property was good, near the castle and 10 minutes walk to restaurants area and promenade. The staff very helpfull and polite.

The room was dirty: lot of hair on the floor wchich was dirty. I had to clean it with different products. By doing this i discovered that under the bed is puke....quite for a long time. After two days they cleaned the room. I do not know why but the hairs appear again and i sad to myself to see if the floor is dirty or not...so i started to wipe it. Again a lot of dirt...which means that they use the same used mops and water for all the rooms. I've forbiden them to enter to my room. Another fact that is disturbing is that is no elevator and the space of the stairs is just to pass one person...very narrow and big. So, if you have big luggages...there will be a problem.....difficult up...difficult down. In the hotel are allowed animals. There was a small dog running and barking on my floor and nobody took atitude. It is full of small children whom are left by the parents to do whatever they want....runing, screaming, throwing things from the balcony. On every floor there is a fridge...which is always full ...not even a small place to put something. The walls are thin , the balcony doors have just one layer of glass...so you can hear everything from the street.

The hotel I originally booked cancelled on me. Through booking. Com. Booking. Com then notified me of this hotel at the last minute. The receptionist was excellent and the hotel was great value for money in a central location. I will stay here again.

No lift in the hotel.

The room was like expected - small but ok or the price It had no AC and only a window looking to a wall. So in summer you might consider taking a room with AC as it gets crazy hot even with a fan. The location is great, you can walk basically everywhere and don't need to take a bus/car etc.

The guy from the reception (the owner?) was friendly and helpful first but then he felt the need to ask me out for dinner with him. So just because I am travelling alone as a woman this is an appropriate question?! It ruined the stay for me, I felt very uncomfortable. Also there were ants in the room, not a problem in general but later on they also were in the bed.

Great location, very close to Mercado Central. Very nice alley with palms and close to bars, tram station, and supermarkets. The host was great, providing us with great locations to visit and restaurants. Very pleased with them.

The walls are a bit thin and you could hear the noise from the hall but overall it's a very nice location.

The room was clean and the location was great and the receptionist was friendly.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and old and I specifically booked a room (and spent a bit more), because it said it had a bidet but it ended up not having one.
