- Room is fairly spacious
- Bathroom worked as it should
- Bed was decent
- Would have rated higher if not for the horrible interaction with staff member
- When we first entered the hotel and went to check in, there was only one person available. Since they were helping another customer, we waited in line. It ended up taking quite a while, and we were very tired. Eventually, another staff member came out and we were expecting him to help us. Instead, he walked around us and asked the Japanese man behind us what he needed help with. Regardless of whether we speak Japanese, which we do, this was so incredibly rude. It has never happened at another hotel or even hostel in Japan. I still don’t understand why it did. But we were definitely offended. The man waiting behind us seemed confused that the staff had ignored us as well. Even though the other staff were polite, I could never stay here again.

Senri Hankyu hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of Osaka. It is very easy to reach, being next to the metro and monorail stations. The hotel is comfortable and friendly, and no too expensive

There is an old but well maintained hotel. Reasonably good location for connection to the city canter and northern outskirts. Japanese style breakfast is quite adjusted to European taste.
The room was quite small. Internet connection in the lobby is unstable, but in room it was ok.

Easy walk up from the train station. The room had a view of the pool and the surrounding area. The mall was close by with fun stores.
I didn't like the room temperature. The filtration system needed water. The room was on the warmer side. A better explanation of the different train lines. Senichuo to Esaka Station is not subway which you can't use subway one day ticket.

Clean room, cozy bedding, good location, and friendly staff. It's a bit old hotel but well managed with a good care.
Corridors smell seriously. Smells like an old carpet. And almost no soundproofing. You can hear when your neighbor's sighing.

The hotel room is huge.
I don't understand why the front staff can't take the food delivery for us. They should able to take it and keep it for us. Instead make the delivery guy waits.
