部屋が狭い、脱衣所がない

最喜歡床，這次的日本自由行，腳是使用的最多也最累，回到飯店能夠好好休息是最棒的，這次能夠睡到好的床墊覺得非常棒，可以好好休息繼續隔天的行程。飯店清潔人員很棒，會更換毛巾浴巾以及舖床及倒垃圾。雖然接待人員主要是門口的兩位恐龍專員，但是有在飯店一樓遇到真人工作人員，一樣跟客人親切打招呼，非常棒。交通位置很好，離心齋橋地鐵站很近，旁邊又是美國村，附近有酒吧，餐廳，居酒屋，便利商店。不用怕吵，因為房間隔音做的很棒。下次造訪大阪，會優先選擇Henn na Hotel namba，跟大家推薦。 最後謝謝辛苦的飯店工作人員以及清潔人員，有好的員工，才有好的住宿環境提供給住宿的旅客，請給員工們鼓勵，他們做的很棒。From Taiwan。Love JAPAN,OSAKA,＆Henn na Hotel namba😊

Being greeted by the dinosaurs and the value for the money. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom.

Couldn’t figure out how to turn off the air conditioner even though we turned it off on the remote. It was very cold.

I leave my luggage for a couple days and the staff is very very helpful.

I like Robohon, the robot in the room, but he doesn't work properly. I realise later he got a camera, so be concern a privacy. No bottle of water supply for guest.

It is in a great location if you are prepared to walk to attractions, great food all around.

The pillows were a bit firm but honestly after a day out exploring your so tired it doesnt matter.

Wash room and bathroom seperate from each other.

お風呂が大きくてとてもよかった。配偶者（外国人）も喜んでおりました。部屋にいたロボホンが珍しくて面白かったです。清掃も行き届いていてとても気持ち良く過ごせました。

The check in experience was not very smooth

The room wasn’t very clean. The furniture needs to be moved and cleaned behind. We looked behind the desk and it was very dirty

Quase nada, o tamanho do quarto é bom, mas não adianta pela sujeira e pelo que tem nele. Dinossauros da recepção são bons, mas na compensa por todos os.outros problemas.

O hotel por ter os dinossauros ali, pela descrição e fotos da a entender que é um hotel para família. Mas não é. 1. Localização não é familiar é em um bairro jovem alternativo com grande concentração de pessoas bebendo e fumando nas esquinas. (Poucos lugares que não senti segurança no japão) 2. O café da amanhã é oferecido em um bar de rock anexo ao hotel, com decoração e temática de meninas, bandas...", e não é ok. 3. O quarto era sujo, muito pó, chão sujo e tinha cheiro ruim no corredor todos os dias 4. O.banheio tem um porta de vidro oque dá pouca privacidade para um hospedagem em família. 5. Não compensa o valor pago em nem um sentido

We booked 3 Robot Rooms - all the rooms with robot concierge are on the 3rd floor. Loved the Robot Dinosaurs at the front desk - it made our check in fun. The staff also helped celebrate our son’s birthday with towel art and a printed out Happy Birthday sign which we appreciated. The rooms were modern and clean. Liked that the toilet, bathroom and sink were separate which was good for sharing. Close to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi Station. Staff were helpful but were limited with their English but did their best to accomodate our requests. Breakfast was ok to get us through the morning but not the best.

If I had to nitpick, the robot concierge in our rooms did not really work for us because the instructions are in Japanese and the hotel does not help with luggage transfers but we still had an amazing stay.

深夜0時までにチェックイン出来ていなかったので、念の為ホテルへ電話しました お待ちしています、と気持ちの良い対応をしていただき、到着時もロボットたちはお休みしてしまっていたので、女性従業員の方が対応してくださいました 本来ならば無人であることが大前提のホテルであるのだろうけれど、大変丁寧に対応してくださいました 感謝しております

洗い場付きのホテルなのに、ボディータオル等は備品として無かったようでした その点だけです

great location. it was not noisy at night in our room. we were able to use the self accessible lockers before check in. the room was clean and the bathroom is big. good water pressure for showers.

booking through third party website led us to some hiccups during check in--we were not able to self check in and had to call the staff. their english was not very good but we were able to communicate via smartphone translator. we were only given one key even though we were two people. we lost something in the lobby after breakfast one day. the staff was not helpful and did not try to recover the lost item for us.

Location is very convenient and shinsaibashi shopping street is within walking distance.

The rooms are small - typical of Japanese hotel rooms.

The robot check-in was fun. Very easy process. The staff were lovely. There is also locker facilities for your bags, which was very handy.

The room was very dirty. Blood stains on the walls. Dirty socks under our bed. The room hadn’t been vacuumed so there was hair everywhere.

清潔感がある 風呂、トイレ別 1階に集結されていて量はあまり多くないが大抵のものはある （レンジ・洗濯機など） 荷物が多くて実際は預けられなかったが、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けられるスペースがあるのはいい。

部屋の清掃が清掃されているのかいないのか分からないほど変わっておらず、んん？となった

위치가 너무 좋았어요! 신사이바시역이랑 도톤보리 딱 중간이라 5분 정도만 걸으면 모든 걸 해결 할 수 있음. 침구도 깔끔하고 수건도 매일 주고 직원도 친절하고 전체적으로 깨끗함

Quit simple hotel, but fine. Really nice rooms. The robot in the room was fun!

The check in and luggage storage was smooth. Couldn't ask for a better location, near to all the busy spots of Osaka (max 5 min walk) but just out of it enough to get a good night's sleep. Having a laundry room was useful - have lots of 100 yen coins if you plan to use it! Comfortable beds and the staff did an excellent job of refreshing the room and towels daily. Lots of USB charging points as well, handy for portable gadgets.

The robot gimmick was a little underwhelming, I think technology has caught up so it might have been more impressive 5 years ago. The talking robot in my room was a bit weird and not all that helpful!

Great location with plenty restaurants & many shops in surrounding area. Helpful staff and couple of washing machines in ground floor, which is useful. Room smaller in size but comfortable.
