Very convenient location. Free coffee in the lobby was great. No water was provided in the room.

Room was right the end of level 2 and you could hear loud music from the bar next door. Furthermore, rooms were very small compared to the images in the listing. There were only 2 washing machines in the entire hotel, there's always a queue.

Situation idéale dans Namba, en face du Kuromon Market, à quelques minutes à pieds de Dotonbori. Hôtel très moderne, lits confortables, personnel disponible.

Hotel's location is just across Kuromon Ichiba Market where you can have street food and seafood with fair price and also less than 10 minutes walk from Ebisu bashi suji shopping street all the way through Dotonbori and Shinsai bashi suji shopping street. Nippombashi station is just 100 metres away and can walk through Namba Walk Area shopping underground. Room is quite spacious compared to any hotels in Tokyo with the same price. Overall, i highly recommended this hotel for stay during visiting Osaka especially around Namba and Dotonbori.

早餐有各式選擇，很好吃👍房間空間很大，可以打開兩個29吋大行李箱還有空間，床棉被十分舒適，超好睡。下午在大廳有午茶點心，及24小時咖啡機，很不錯。離地鐵、黑門市場及道頓堀都十分近，有機會會再次入住。

The front desk is very patient and meticulous.

Not clean Unprofessional staff The room is dirty The pillow nor enough, and when we ask the reception, they said they don't have extra and they are planning to get extra on September!! 1 month after our stay , it is non-sense. The bed cover is dirty

No good English by the receptionists.

Location is fantastic - just across the Kuromon Inchiban Market and with the Nipponbashi subway just round the corner.

Room was very small. Didn’t really look like what I saw in the promotional picture

How my son could do front flips on to the beds he loved it

Washing machine not working

Amenities were sufficient. Guests got to grab everything they need from the amenity corner at the lobby. Close to namba station. Kuromon market right next to hotel

got exactly 1 pillow per bed only. If staying with kids, no extra pillows are given. Room space is limited.

Great location for exploring Osaka. Super friendly staff who helped us retrieve lost shoes… Breakfast buffet was well stocked and the beds were comfy

Friendly staff and clean rooms plus free coffee at the lobby :) the indonesian gentleman at rwvwptionist was accomodating and nice and helped with a lot of translations

The building and the bedroom are nice and clean, and the doughnuts were delicious!

The room is a little too small for two people. It would have been good to have a comfortable chair in the room.

Right across to Kuromon market and not far to walk to Dotonbori. Quite close to Station too if you know the right Exit

Welcome drink at lobby is only a coffee machine. Should cater for non coffee drinkers too

The staff was really unhelpful. None one spoke any English and they did not even try to be helpful. Other hotels at least used a translator app. The rooms were very small.

The location is great for traveling in downtown.

My room AC was not cooling at all It was worst hotel nights in my life because it was very hot Very Small rooms

I like firm bed and the bed is firm enough. It would be better if the pillow is firm as well. The room is clean. Staff is nice. It is close to Namba station and Kuromon. lots of restanurant nearby.

The room is really small with the price.
