The room was lovely. Clean, spacious, and has everything you need in a hotel room. Great location. Near old town and Jewish quarters. The staff were lovely. They helped organise my massage and answer questions quickly (via booking.com). Very reasonable price. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others

It was very pretty. Clean and had everything you need. Shower had amazing pressure and the water was hot. Comfy beds, working TV, extra towels for and essential toiletries. The staff was super nice and helpful and every receptionist was kind and polite to us. 24h reception was very welcoming. Apartment is about 10 min walk away from the Wawel Castle so perfect location.

I liked everything

Literally few hundred meters from the city centre, Clean but simple room in a modern design with tea facilities and fridge + provided water. Nice and helpful staff

I would not call it "apartment" - just a clean hotel room with basic facilities. Don't expect too much. There is no air con, so when you open the window you can hear people talking in the yard . You also can hear when your neighbour are using the water (but it is not too annoying)

Wifi on on the 3rd floor was not the best

We never try the breakfast, but the room is very nice and clean, it meet my expectations. I recommend this apartment, and I want to come back here next time.

Hopefully there will be breakfast included, that would be nice.

Everything is great

It was a little complicated to get on my floor with my baggage without a lift //the only negative option//

Clean, good location

The location is very good, few minutes from the main square, and 5 minutes from Kazimirz. There is a nice garden. The shower was very large and comfortable. We also appreciated kettler and complementary water in our room.

Internet did not work very well. The room was rather small, with no space for suitcases. The staff was confused when we tried to pay for the room a day before departure.
