A 20 minute easy walk into the town centre was perfect - the view from room 6 was to die for - this happens to be the same room my daughter stayed in over New Year and she recommended it highly

View was stunning. Bed super comfy. A very elegantly fitted apartment.

Stairs to get to the apartment could be a problem for some travellers but were not an issue for us.

View was excellent from the room, The rooms were a bit claustrophobic. Beds were average.

The property manager can give their mobile number when guests are chekcing in later in the evening, rather than leaving them to figure out how to contact them as the number on the booking emails is a landline and not answered after hours, we had to walk to reception which is on a flight of stairs so not easy to find for all, and then there is a number on paper which asks to call housekeeping! not very helpful message. Next day there was another guest who was waiting with his family in the car park wondering how to contact the property manager so it was not just us that experienced it.

Great location, wonderful view and reasonably priced rooms with great amenities. Room was clean, receptionist seemed to be wearing a double hat and was out housekeeping when we arrived but very quick to come and check us in and walked us up to the room. Very friendly and welcoming.

Be aware there are lots of shallow stairs to climb so might not work for everyone but it’s worth it

Amazing view! Good distance from the town centre, walkable. Great shower and comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

The room was a bit noisy, which made it difficult to sleep.

False advertising about what you actually get. Was advertised as having… bidet, streaming services, balcony facing the lake, radio, minibar -it had None of these things. When we questioned staff, we were informed that customers constantly complain about false promises of amenities and management only wanted as many people to stay as possible. We also had a glass of milk with plastic covering the top, with no way of knowing where the milk was from or who had used it prior. A small bottle of milk is a better choice. Wifi would only allow one device to connect at any one time. Bottom bed sheets did not cover mattress.

The aircon had a ticking noise all night so not much sleep on a hot night

Was within walking distance of town. Bathrooms pleasant. Lovely views.

Traffic noise was pretty terrible. We had a unit above us and you can definitely hear them moving around. Cooking equipment was limited. Lids not fitting pots. No oven tray or bakeware. The management was able to provide tinfoil only.

Such an amazing location and very well priced. The rooms are nice, tidy and comfortable with everything you need.

I managed approx 5 minutes in the shower before it was stone cold. Couldn’t wash my hair, thankfully hadn’t started. This hasn’t been an issue here in the past (this was my 5th time staying here this year) and i did notice new signs on the back of the door about hot water cylinders…. If you can’t shower for longer than 5 mins I unfortunately wont be back :(

The location is very good. It's about 5 mins driving to the city center.

There was out of hot water for shower for two days in strike. The 1st day happened @ 12a.m. and the 2nd day happened @ 10 p.m. I've called the owner of the motel and been told that the manager has left home and would not be able to fix the problem till next 10 a.m. What a terrible experience it was.

Front view towards lake was excellent. Front-desk crew was friendly and took the effort to lead/bring us to the unit.

Hot water supply apparently stopped after 12 midnight (strange!) Unit was small. Parking is free but limited.
