Nice place with an excellent view

The pictures and amenities were exactly as shown. The host was available for questions before and during our stay. Boca Grande is a perfect vacation spot for a relaxing vacation.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was also very quiet and peaceful, and everyone was lovely and friendly. Linda was very easy to communicate with and made great recommendations. I can’t wait to go back! It was the perfect get away for our family of 5.

We stayed with four adults ranging in age from late 30s - mid 60s. The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. Communication with the owner was great and she was made sure to check in to see how our stay was going and was responsive when we contacted. Everything we needed for relaxing and cooking meals was available in the unit, as well as supplies for going to the beach. This unit is on the north end of the island. With the golf carts (and our own vehicles) it really did not seem out of the way at all and was a nice quiet location. One thing that the owner pointed out to us, and we would echo - there are also restaurants off the island in Englewood that worth the short drive. We ate at Ken & Barb's Grove City Kitchen and it was probably the best meal, and much more reasonably priced than most of the restaurants on the island. We would certainly recommend this to anyone who was interested.

We absolutely loved the gorgeous sunrise views each morning and the use of your golf cart for day trips to the amazing 19th street Boca Grande beach! We had a wonderful stay in Boca Grande! The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything you need! We enjoyed cruising to town on the golf cart, the pool, hot tub and even pickleball! Definitely recommend!! 👍👍

We had a wonderful stay! Linda was communicative regarding check-in and out, answering questions, and generally making sure all was well. We rented the golf cart, which we all enjoyed. We always love the BG beaches & town.

This is the perfect place to stay. Linda truly thought of everything to stock this cute condo to make this perfect for your stay. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies after a full day on the water. Linda was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be back to visit.

The sunrise in the morning and the walks were amazing. What a wonderfully stocked condo. Even better than we thought it would be. Linda responded ASAP to every question. We are coming back!!

We loved starting our day with a beautiful sunrise visible from the bedroom or lanai. The condo is very nicely furnished and everything you could need is provided. The water and the boats make it a happy place.

The property is exactly as advertised and it is absolutely spotless. It is also very well stocked with beach gear and blankets for snuggling on the sofa. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you could need to cook up a storm. There is plenty of helpful information about Boca Grande and the owner has a golf cart for use ( extra cost of course).

This condo has all the amenities you could ask for! The upstairs unit offers a beautiful view of the water and boat activity. The only issue was with renting their golf cart, which did not work properly for us.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had EVERYTHING you would need on a vacation. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was by far the best stocked place. Linda was very responsive when we had questions and she left many suggestions on the top island to do’s. I advise renting the golf cart, it was the way to go!! Hope to be back soon.

This was a great spot for my daughter and 3 close friends to get away from cold Michigan for Christmas. The condo was awesome, especially the amazing kitchen, and Linda was always available if we had a question. I would strongly recommend this place to others!

This was hands down my most favorite place I’ve ever stayed! It is GORGEOUS! The home, the location, the island, the beaches….absolutely perfect! The owner is super sweet and helpful. They have everything you need there so you don’t have to pack as much which was super helpful for a family of 6 :)

Great relaxing vacation. We love to bay fish and were looking for a place with good fishing that wasn’t touristy in Florida. This was perfect and our condo was IMMACULATE. Linda has made her place so cozy and fully prepared with anything we could’ve ever needed. We rented their golf cart and took evening cruises to the beach for the perfect sunsets. We also pulled our bay boat out. The condo has a marina directly behind it and we were able to see our boat at all times from our patio deck. The patio is fully screened in so in the morning and evening you can relax and have a beautiful view of the bay without worrying about that bugs. We will def be going back.

Our family very much this immaculate and well-appointed vacation home! The home was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck is lovely too! Our only wish was that it was a little closer to the beach and to town, but otherwise, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay and Linda was very helpful and communicative. We brought our boat and docked it at the slips at the condo. The condo was very well stocked and updated. We all loved it.

This condo was one of the best places I have ever rented! Decorated beautifully, owners stayed in touch to make sure we didn’t need anything! Will rent again & recommend to others. Hated to leave. Was just like a home away from home.

This condo has everything you need and then some! We loved the open concept between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish, utensil and appliance you may need. Beautiful sunrise views. We loved the communication with the property owner, Linda. She was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again upon our return to Boca Grande!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway and fishing trip. The complex and unit were everything we hoped for, and extremely clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Linda checked in regularly to make sure we were set, and the stay was designed beautifully. Waking up to the sunrises in the morning was glorious, and heading to the beachside for the sunsets at night was just breath taking. The island is absolutely beautiful, cute and clean town, with shops and dining you can drive or take the golf cart to. We also rented the boat slip which was very convenient, and loved cooling down in the pool after island hopping throughout the day. We will be back to stay!

The owners were fabulous to communicate with, everything was easy peasy. Super well stocked kitchen; everything you need to relax. I loved the screened in balcony overlooking the inner waterway and spent a lot of time there watching the dolphins and ospreys. I plan to return!

This was our first time visiting Boca Grande and wow the island was fantastic. The condo was clean, comfy beds, and great location for us. The owners (Linda & Vince) are amazing people I can't say enough about them they really made this trip more enjoyable. It is nice to have owners who not only care about their property but also care about the renters.
