Great house in a good spot. Very comfortable with room to spread out.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! I can hardly put into words the experience we had on the island! This rental property was superb and we felt right at home! We both felt so blessed to be welcome into Karl's home and he was so great to talk with! I hope we can get back to paradise sooner than later! Two thumbs up!

I would highly recommend this home for a family get together.

Close proximity to down town via golf cart and private beach access was awesome

House and pool were excellent. Clean and well equipped. We rented a golf cart which we used to go downtown for dinner each night. We had the beach to ourselves and our home was very private and quiet. Can’t say enough positives about the property and location.

The house was great! There was enough space for our family. Walking distance to beach. Our kids were obsessed with the heated pool. Highly recommend!

Everything was great and the owner was responsive. Home is clean, well equipped, and had all the amenities. No issues what so ever.

Excellent place, full of peace, tranquility, completely clean and equipped with everything you need to be relaxed. The perfect place to rest, without the noise of the city. The surroundings of the house are excellent, direct contact with nature. The owners are excellent people and always available and with the best attention to answer any questions. I highly recommend it, and we hope to return soon. Thanks to the Aumann family for the excellent and dedicated attention

Our stay was great. It was wonderful having the pool to use, when the days got really hot or in the evenings. The home is in a great location and the surrounding area is really quiet. By the end of the week, we really felt at home. The owner was very accessible and friendly. We hope to return again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful. Property was exactly as advertised and much more. Will return!

This property is well-appointed and super clean. The property owner is accessible when needed and communicates in a timely manner. We appreciated the abundance of comfortable beach chairs (at least 6 were there... maybe 8), two beach umbrellas, fishing equipment, and other accessories you made available to us during our stay. The walk to the beach was short, but we did rent a golf cart to enjoy for the week. It made the 5 minute walk to the beach a 1 minute walk, which was nice with all of the stuff we carry to the beach. It was also great to cruise back and forth on to town and explore the island. There was NOONE else on the beach. We had it all to ourselves! In the week we were there, we may have seen 4-8 other people on the beach walking. The only other beach dwellers were the many turtle nests that surrounded us, birds, and other beach wild life. The pool and various outdoor sitting areas were nice. Please be sure to bring bug spray. The no see-ums/mosquitos can be brutal for some in this region (this has nothing to do with what the owner does or doesn't do). They didn't bother my husband or my brother-in-law, but I was eaten alive. We hope to be back very soon!
