Enjoyed our week in Boca Grande. Had a couple of issues, however the Property Management team was highly responsive and accommodating. Owner was also helpful and timely with questions prior to our arrival.

The house was beautiful in a great location (beware of the $6 toll that you must pay every time to get on the island). There were small issues like the trash being over flown and full of maggots from the previous guests, but the owner sent someone out to try and remedy the situation. The boat slip was not functional so we had to dock the boat overnight instead. The master bedroom got extremely hot during the day and the rest of the house struggled to stay cool too. There were some box fans in the house that helpped a little. Overall it was a great house to stay in with the family and we had a good time.

The stay was great! But the house it self was very dirty !! And not enough supply’s very little toilet paper paper towels or hand soap!!! The floors were very sandy and the furniture very stain everywhere !! We loved the location but will look for a different house!!

The house is very well equipped, everything in good condition. We had two mishaps during our stay that were quickly resolved: the pool needed cleaning and the air in the main room failed, but everything flowed. The air was repaired on the spot and the pool had to wait a bit but they refunded part of our money for it. We would definitely come back, we loved it.

Another wonderful vacation with family at this beautiful Boca grande home. We’ve stayed here several years and it never disappoints! Great floor plan, private beach area and snook at the dock! Expect an evening visit from the local manatee!

12 family members stayed together and had a great time. The house had everything we needed. It was our 12th vacation trip to BG. All agreed it was the best.

This lovely property was the perfect locale for a long weekend get-away with our family (we wish we could have stayed longer)! We had ages 10-84 and all were comfortable and had access to fun activities.
In the few short days that we got to enjoy this property, we swam in the pool, took a dip in the water off the private beach, went kayaking, cooked meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, fished off the private dock, took a spin in the golf cart to explore the neighborhood, went sport fishing and more! The adults had their own rooms, and the kids (ages 10-17) were happy to sleep together in the bunk room (it was like summer camp for them!).
Not only do I intend to make it back to the white sand beaches of beautiful Boca Grande, but I highly recommend this property for a fabulous and memorable family holiday!

My family were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday in Boca Grande and could not have enjoyed our stay more at this luxurious and comfortable house with all the amenities you could possibly need or want. Having a pool and a dock with beachfront it was great to have the views and access the water. Only downside was that it is pretty far from downtown.

We had booked the house for a family get together but my mom died unexpectedly the prior week. My son and I went.
It was so healing.
I can’t thank the owners enough for a true relaxing, healing and comfortable stay.
I never imagined it would be grievance but it did the trick. We walked the beach. I sat on the dock and fed the fish. I watched the dolphins so close to me

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at this house! It had even more space and amenities than we could even use in a weekend. Even though the house is so close to the road, it was a quiet and peaceful setting. The only drawback was the Trump flag flying at the house next door! Aside from that, I'd recommend this house and the real estate agency that rents it. Great communication and very helpful!

We had a wonderful short stay with family. Very clean, very comfortable house right on the water, spacious, lots of nice outdoor spaces. Tons of wildlife to watch and fishing off the dock. We had a few questions for how to operate things and our questions were promptly answered. Would love to stay again!

Nothing more I can say other than this may have been the best family vacation we’ve ever taken!!! The house was incredible and having the pool, beach and dock made it so we really never had to leave! We saw dolphins daily, had good fishing and the weather was perfect! And the island and downtown area were incredibly charming. And renting golf carts from Kappy’s made the trips into town easy and fun! Would definitely recommend it and we will be back!

Believe it or not this home is even more beautiful in person! We had a total of 9 in our group and it is so spacious that it never felt crowded. We arrived to a very clean house with comfortable beds for everyone! It is well stocked in the kitchen as well as some extras in the laundry room and bathrooms. The dock is a huge plus as we rented a boat for the week to visit the sand bar or other beaches close by. Everyday on our way to the boat we had new visitors near the dock (crabs, fish, starfish, dolphins, and or manatee). There are coolers, plenty of beach towels and sand toys at the house but there are no beach chairs (in case anyone needs they bit of info). The pool is a very relaxing treat in the evening but don’t forget bug spray if you aren’t getting in the water :). also lots of floats there to enjoy. We cant wait to come back to the home and the island!

Gorgeous house and property. It has everything! Beach area, large pool, dock and boat lift, and spacious! We have a large family and this house was perfect for all of us to gather together and enjoy the beauty of the Island.

We spent a glorious few days at this stunning home in the best location. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive even before we arrived. The house is immaculate and well appointed with everything you could ever need. We had the best time ever and would definitely go back!

Beautiful View and Perfect For a Large Family
Great views from anywhere in the home. Plenty of room for a large group. Boat dock is perfect for boats up to 40ft. This was our 2nd time staying at the property and once again it did not disappoint!

Slice of Paradise
This is a great property to spend time with family or friends. Lots of space inside and out. You are right on the beach and we took daily walks along the shore. If you arrive with all you need, there is no need to go anywhere unless you want to. My only observation is that it feels a little overused, but it didn't affect our stay. A sink drain was blocked and a shower head was broken, but maintenance responded quickly to repair the sink. Kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of children books and activities. A great place to land in Boca Grande!

A Phenomenal Paradise
The property was perfect having its own pool and beach. The kids and adults enjoyed seeing the dolphins near the docks daily. They also liked seeing starfish, hermit crabs, sea urchins and a variety of fish. The house was large and spacious and had a great variety of kitchen utensils. We also loved being next to Kappy’s Store. The best family vacation ever!

Gorgeous View
The property has an incredible view and a luxurious feel. The size was just right for 4 couples. We enjoyed the many different seating areas, the dock and pool area and ease of use of the kitchen for a group. Because weather in February can be a bit "iffy" we would have appreciated the pool to be heated so we could have used it. Otherwise too cold to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces much at all. Again because of the chilly temperatures, the distance to travel via golf cart to shopping, restaurants, etc. made the house seem a bit remote. Overall good experience likely impacted by the cool weather.
