We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Condo was comfortable and very clean and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Just steps from the beach and relaxing pool.
We rented a golf cart for the week and it was fun to go on daily golf cart tours of this unique little island. We would highly recommend this destination and and beachfront condo.

This unit is just as described. The Gulf view and beautiful beach are wonderful. This location offers great tennis courts, a large heated pool, hot tub with plenty of seating/tables to enjoy and visit. Our time included some cooler than usual and breezier Florida days, but we were still able to explore Gasparilla Island, enjoying the area and a variety of Gulf sunsets (which are hard to beat).

We had an awesome week at Sea Oats!
Everything about this condo was great. We made most of our meals there. Everything you need for cooking as far as cook wear & utensils are there. But went out to eat several times too.
Great location, can’t beat it. We walked the beach everyday. Jill & Dick are great to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We loved the location, nice & quiet. Would definitely love ❤️ to stay here again!

When choosing a place to vacation having the sun set over the ocean was one of my first requisites. This condo has that beautiful sunset view along with the daytime sand and water to daydream by. From the time we stepped through the door it felt very peaceful and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and we stayed in and prepared meals four evenings. It is truly a hidden gem.

An amazing unit in a wonderful beach front complex. Jill and Dick are tremendous as the communication could not have been better. They responded immediately to any questions we had as well as calling us to let us know of repair work that might have occurred during our stay. The unit was very clean with everything you might need for an enjoyable visit to the beach including chairs, umbrellas and beach toys if your group includes children. Shelling was incredible and wildlife abundant including a close-up encounter with a manatee. We will be looking to book again with Dick and Jill on our next visit. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us!

This was a great place to stay. The condo was very nice and you could really tell the owners took a lot pride in it and making everything perfect for our vacation. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the outside closet had great stuff for the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were very impressed. I would definitely recommended this place.

This is a very nice condo with outstanding location. We loved eating dinner on the patio overlooking the beach and hanging out at the pool and beach. The owner did a great job of communicating with us when needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location for a vacation - awesome beach and salt water pool. Extremely clean condo with everything you could ever need. Their kitchen had everything you would ever need to prepare a meal. The utensils and supplies were great.
Our entire family had a great time relaxing, walking the endless beach, finding shells, and watching gopher turtles/iguanas throughout the day.
This unit is a true treasure for anyone looking to relax on their vacation.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo
Our trip to this beautiful beachfront condo, during the off-season, was quiet and relaxing. The owners kept in touch early and often to ensure we had everything we needed. Lots of options in the “toy” storage closet kept our time on the beach varied and exciting! The condo is beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable. The view of the beach is the focal point throughout the day whether inside the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom, or on the spacious lanai. Oh - and we never tired of combing the beach for seashells!

Jill and Dick are wonderful owners and very responsive to any questions you might have. This beach front condo is beautifully remodeled with stunning views of the gulf. Restaurants on the island are all wonderful.(make reservations prior to arrival as they are all booked every night) plenty of water toys for kids and beach stuff. Many walks on the beach my wife and I were the only ones. The most peaceful, relaxing beach vacation we've ever had state side. We loved opening our eyes each morning to light waves hitting the white sand beach. My wife and I will most definitely be back to this Island paradise sometime soon.

What an incredible find! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was just perfect for our family of 5. We had so much room, everyone had their own beds and the location is just perfect! The beach is so close and is such a beautiful view to wake up to! We will definitely be back!
