My family all came to Charlotte to run in the Charlotte Marthon. This was our second time staying in this house. The size was perfect for our family and the location of the rooms provide privacy for everyone. We love the tennis courts at the park across from the house so we can play tennis and pickle ball.

Everything was just as listed. The communication and response was exceptional

The property was clean. It had all the amenities you need.

The place was exactly as described and clean! Would recommend and stay again! Check in was easy and instructions for check out were simple.

The property was amazing!! Really open and modern layout! Everything was clean and in great condition. It was a 20 minute drive to Winthrop, which was super convenient. This was a really great trip and the living accommodations made it even better!

We immensely enjoyed our stay. Very spacious house with so much room! The hosts are terrific, and correspondence was very quick and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for your Charlotte vacation.

We enjoyed the stay. Entery into the area where the houses were located was a little sketchy. There were a lot of people hanging around outside of the gas station on the corner. The house was very nice, plenty of room For our family and it was clean.

Was in Charlotte for the Pittsburg Steelers and Carolina Panthers game and stayed at sugar Creek. The home was amazing and every detail was perfect. The house is very well stocked and extremely comfortable.

Loved this place!

We came into town for a football game with a large group. The house has plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably but also to hang out in the living room. Any big group coming to Charlotte should stay here, you can’t beat the deal.

We loved our stay. The house was a perfect size for our family. We loved being across the street from the park. We had a great time playing tennis and pickle ball at the park across the street. All the beds were really comfortable too.

We loved the property. We rented this home and another further down the street. My daughter was getting married so we were able to house the women in one house and the men in the other. Everything was great!!!

The property was clean and accommodating as we have a big family. There was also a park in walking distance that all the boys really enjoyed as it had a basketball court.

Check in was easy and friendly. I worked with Amy and Cindy. Communication easy. The house fit everyone we had 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other. Surrounding Neighborhood is a little rough. We had no issues with our property or the rentals around us. Some construction going on behind the house but not at the fault of the owners. Close to almost anywhere you want to go. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was a very nice place to stay. It’s off a busy road but faces a park where people play frisbee golf. It’s a small but quiet street. There are cameras set up all down the sidewalk which I thought was nice. The house was clean and you can tell that they spot paint as needed which was a plus, I can’t stand when I rent out a place and there is dirt prints all over the walls. The place has large windows everywhere that let in natural light. The best part of the house was the fact that it actually had enough item included to get you through a few days: plenty of toilet paper, dish detergent, dish washer liquid and even laundry detergent. There were 8 people in my party and we never ran out!!! Another plus was that I was able to have open communication with the manager & they responded quickly, this is important when your on vacation and have your day planned. We have used VRBO a lot and haven’t came across too many properties that we can leave a great review on. We really enjoyed this property and would definitely recommend it!!

The images and description lead you to believe this to be a suburban location, so those who are not familiar with the area are unaware that it is a very urban location. We had a child in our group approached by a homeless person in the driveway of the unit while walking to get into the car. This person was asking for money to get a "prescription." He took his shoes off and showed us his foot. The street the unit is on is fine, but the end of the street is a very concerning area that is very close to the unit. Other lesser concerns were that it appeared to be in need of some maintenance (cleaning), and there was no back up roll of toilet paper in the master bath which made for a sad situation when the roll that was on the holder with very little toilet paper ran out. We were only staying for two nights, and did not think to provide additional TP.

The property was clean and spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Cindy, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. The street was nice and the disc golf course across the street was nice. However the surrounding area was pretty sketchy with a lot of transient people and panhandlers. We had a shirtless male ring our doorbell twice looking for money for a hotel room and we had a few similar encounters at the nearby dollar store and gas station. Overall a good property, but the surrounding area isn’t great.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Cindy the host was absolutely amazing, on point and very responsive. The beds were so comfortable. This home came with anything and everything you could possibly need, even had a welcoming bottle of wine for us! I would recommend this home and Cindy a million times again. When ever we come back to town for another concert with friends we will definitely make this our go to place to stay!

The rental is very spacious and has everything that you may need during your stay. Toms of sleeping options as well. Very clean and lots of towel. The surrounding location is just ok. Lots of fast food options and close the highway but not a place to walk around and hang out in my opinion. There is a lot of green space surrounding the unit and even has a frisbee golf course across the street.

Very nice, clean, & well appointed except for one thing. Many of the kitchen utensils were out of date and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the house

This home provided plenty of space and was a great home away.

This was my first experience with VRBO. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The property was comfortable and worked well for our large family. Loved the bunk room for the grandkids. Cindy was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the space. One recommendation is to include a note with instructions on how to operate the alarm and how to lock the front door. It would also be helpful to include trash bags in the bathrooms. The upstairs balcony could have been cleaned as well. Other than that, we appreciated the attention to detail. We also loved the fact that we were able to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and about 15 min from Downtown/ The mall/ Good eats!!

Stayed here with a large group of family members that came into town to visit. Place was very clean and the interior was updated and very sleek and modern. The outside of the house looks really cool too, and we loved hanging out on the covered front deck! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms so everyone had privacy but the open living, dining, kitchen area still made it feel cozy when we were hanging out. Highly recommend and I will definitely book again in future!

Accommodated our families needs in regards to being a close location, loved the updated look of some of the features. On the flip side tho; i had to tidy up prior to the rest of my family arriving. There was popcorn still on beds, things under beds, a foul odor from the dishwasher, no simple household groceries (i.e- milk, eggs, bread) there was also a lot of scuffs and markings on the walls that could have been covered up by a quick coat of paint, also there was a pack of Cuban cigarettes left behind in the nightstand of the downstairs master, a bottle of Hennessy that was left outside in between houses, towels were still dirty in the laundry room. Some attention to the grounds, especially in the rear could use a makeover( a few pavers , green grass, some flowers, auxiliary cords for the speakers connected to the tv, a guide to The channels/Alexa devices if applicable. All in all was a nice stay, with these changes it could have been a great overall experience.
