The location is great. In walking distance of mall, shopping centers and restaurants.

Once I checked in, I shortly found out they charge $12.95 a day for WiFi. I was unable to use my own cellular data inside the hotel. They have some type of cellular blocking. I was able to use my cellular data many feet away from the hotel. Totally inconvenient considering the amount I paid for my stay.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. They made me feel like family. Refreshing water with fruit at the entrance for guests as well.

I did have a small hiccup with my room in the beginning. I was given keys to another guests room but I don’t fault the receptionist because she was distracted as she was checking me in. But had those guests been in their room, it could’ve been bad.

Very nice and in a great location

Facility was close to everything, was there for a family event,checked in around 11pm, Friday night, was raining very hard, caused late check in. Facility was very nice.

Parking was very difficult, even in the ACH parking area, no parking was available, we had to wait for parking, had to take our luggage out of our Nissan trunk, then squeezed vehicle in to the ACH 2nd level parking area.

The outside can be deceiving. It might look a little outdated when you’re in the parking, lot but it’s completely different once you step into the hotel. The facilities were nice. A really good gym, the pool area looked great, and the room service was very yummy. There was also plenty of free parking (a rarity for Charlotte hotels). It’s walking distance to the hotel next door’s rooftop bar which has fantastic drinks a beautiful sunset.

I happened to stay during construction which was very noisy from 9-5 every day and the hotel did not mention this beforehand. The construction also meant their restaurant and bar was closed for in person dining but the room service was very friendly and quick. When I checked into my room, one of my towels was stained and the provided mouthwash had been opened/used by a previous guest without being replaced by staff. If you’re looking for attention to detail I would spend the extra money on another hotel, however these were easy fixes and didn’t ruin the experience for me. Will I stay again? Probably not. But for the price it was a solid option.
