Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το σήμα της τηλεόρασης και δεν έπιανε κανένα κανάλι εκτός από την ΕΡΤ πραγματοποιήσαμε εκ νέου αναζήτηση και δυστυχώς τα ίδια.ισως χρειάζεται αποκωδικοποιητή .Αυτό μόνο! φτιάχνεται εύκολα!

The flat was clean and has all needed amenities for a short stay. It is walking distance from monemvasia village coastline and castle. It seemed recently renovated as a purpose build flat for rentals. Available parking spaces.

The flat was small which made the overall experience a bit less comfortable or romantic for a couple’s weekend away. View of the balcony is on an empty field and a half build block of flats and also the mountain on the back of the village. No view of the sea/monemvasia from the balcony but this js mentioned in the description of the flat, nevertheless the balcony is too close to the road so it’s difficult to get any privacy so we ended up with the curtains closed that made the flat looking even smaller!..

It was great, solar energy all around. The photos are accurate, the apartment is located on the top floor and it might seem tiny or hot (photos) but it isn't! Comfortable bed, two balconies, one facing the mountain and the other Monenvasia :), basic kitchen appliances, all was well organized and clean, they will clean the apartment everyday if needed. A very convenient location to visit Monemvasia walking or by car, many restaurants and markets. We recommend to visit the Ambelakia beach, 15 min or so driving and it was beautiful! Very nice and my dog was more than welcomed :)

nice view of the surrounding, including the island/old city part. A very appreciated during hot hours, was Netflix for my daughter ;) , a very nice add-on to the property.

Electrical installation is funny, we could never use the boiler for tea/coffee :( , a bit far from the sea/restaurant/bars... would need to use the car. Parking place is really small and tricky, avoid large car.

Great location. Nice view from the balcony. Plenty of parking spaces. Everything was as described.
