Had a wonderful stay in Jaime's apartment. It was myself and my boyfriend in the master and our 2 friends in the other bedroom, we fit perfectly. Location is excellent, close to shops and great restaurants. We loved the rooftop for a quick drink before dinner. Jaime was great, super responsive and helpful. Overall seamless experience. We spent two fabulous weeks here. Listing & pics accurately reflect the property. Decent beds, great air conditioning to cool of after a hot & happy wonder around the walled city. Entire suite & building exceptionally well renovated. Hot water, consistent power. Quiet bedrooms for sleeping. Mostly an interior unit, but just step outside to great restaurants nearby. Try Tomillos just around the corner - fabulous. Property owner very responsive. Property owner provides excellent directions for location in order to check in, as well as general info on unit, building & neighborhood. No basics in kitchen but grocery store close by. Although we usually enjoy our own meals when traveling, we gravitated to nearby restaurants. You can’t go wrong booking this fabulous 2-bedroom condo.

This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities you could want. The host is extremely responsive and the unit is ideally located in the Old City. There are dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. Everything was super easy and convenient. I was traveling with a friend and so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were just what we needed and comfortable. The location is ideal, with lots of things in walking distance and the building staff very helpful and professional. Ownership is super responsive. I had issues with my flight and did not arrive until midnight. For some reason the taxi driver could not find the property and I called Jamie and he answered right away, spoke with the driver and we were there a few moments later. This was my first time renting through VRBO.com and this experience has put me at ease about it. The building is a bit fanatical about its rules so make sure you read them all, and if you can live with them all I highly recommend it.

It's all about the location, and this place is absolutely perfect. Dozens of great restaurants within a few min walk! So much to do within walking distance as well including historical locations, shopping, and the other parts of the city. The apt is clean and well-furnished. The rooftop is where we hung-out as it's incredible. Jamie is very attentive, even to small issues.

Jamie was a very responsive host and the apartment was just like the others have described. Great location in the walled city. The apt was compact but had everything you’d need for your stay including a well stocked kitchen and awasher dryer. Definitely worth staying while in Cartagena.

Property was everything we could have wished for our vacation in Cartagena! Perfect central location for walking the city. Apartment was very clean and spacious for two couples with all the amenities you could need. Our awesome property host Jamie provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We took all of Jamie's recommendations and were never disappointed in any of those we chose to do! From restaurants to day trips. Trip of a lifetime!! We cannot wait to return.

Not a real two bedroom had one bedroom the other was a room with a curtain and a half wall , one of the keys was not working, no toilet paper, light in bathroom bulbs were not working , main door to our unit’s hasp lock would not lock, there was construction in one of the other units so there was noise beginning at 7:00 am the frigid was tired and we had to turn the cold to max to get cold up to standard.

My girlfriend and I spent a week at this location. It is in the heart of Centro, has cold AC, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Greats view from the roof top jacuzzi too. Super clean and owner responds in minutes to your text messages. Will definitely stay at again!

We have just returned from spending one month at this great property. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped from full kitchen to beach bag/towels to grocery cart. It was like being home. The 24 hr doorman service is shared by Jason, Pedro and Leo... kind inviduals who took very good care of us. We could not of asked for a more centrally located apartment within the walled city. You step out the door and you have a vibrant atmosphere of numerous restaurants, bars, street musicians and the well-known Fernando de Madrid square. Jaime certainly proved to be a Super Host. He was quick to answer any texts and made great suggestions. We worked with Ana Maria, the travel agency he suggested, and experienced many wonderful tours with her. Thank you Jaime. As retired Canadians this was our 5th winter away and our first time in Columbia. We absolutely loved it. People are warm and friendly, food is excellent, weather is guaranteed. We are definitely thinking of going back and renting this property again.

Four adults stayed for six nights in this two bedroom condo and the nice part was that each bedroom had their own separate full bathroom. It was more than enough room. The suite is very clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook your own meals. There is also laundry facilities in the suite which was very handy. The locations of the condo was perfect, and the rooftop sitting area was a bonus. Really enjoyed having the rooftop to regroup after a day of wandering the streets and shopping and eating. The location was in the heart of the Old City. As soon as the concierge opened the door for you you where literally steps from restaurants and shopping. It is walking distance to Getsemani, but the condo is where everything is at, yet it was quiet once you were inside the condo. There is a large grocery store a couple of short blocks away for your wine, beer and snacks so you can take it up to the rooftop torelax and enjoy the view and ocean. Jaime is an excellent host, he was quick to answer questions and made some invaluable recommendations. We felt very comfortable in this condo as if we lived there. Thanks again Jaime, we bought the rum and emeralds from Elio.

Jamie was a great resource for us. He was very easy to work with before booking the apartment and while there. I needed a desk and he bought a table for the 2nd bedroom that served as a very good desk. He was always very responsive to my questions. The amount of information he provided on the apartment, the Old City and the restaurants was very thorough and helpful.The apartment is located in the best part of the Old City. It is located on the Plaza Ferdinand de Madrid and the Plaza San Diego is only two blocks away. You are very close to the wall. It also is in an area that is not as crowded because the people from the Cruise ships don’t seem to make it over there. The apartment building is great. It has 24 hour doorman service. On the top floor there is a very nice patio with two small pools great for just sitting in the water. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas. In addition there is a conversation area with two couches and a coffee table, which we used to have our dinner several nights.The apartment is a nice two bedroom apartment and is exactly what you see in the photo's. I used the 2nd bedroom as my office. There is air conditioners in each of the 3 rooms.

I love Cartagena, I love the San Diego area, and I love this apartment! We have just returned from a "dream" vacation (and we travel a lot) to Cartagena. Cartagena is a jewel. The old city architecture, complete with the Moorish influences of indoor courtyards, reminds me of Granada, Spain. The beautiful plazas are so easily walkable-and this apartment is in the very best part of the old walled city. And-Cartagena is a lot closer than Spain, and more affordable. This two bedroom, two bath apartment is decorated with simple elegance-very tasteful. It has a beautiful kitchen (which we really didn't use because of the great restaurants) and everything is very handy. The apartment is a quiet oasis in the midst of so much! Doormen were available around the clock. It is about a block from Plaza San Diego-which has SEVERAL of my all time favorite restaurants. ( Unbelievably, two people can have a really nice dinner with drinks for around $60 US) Another thing that made this experience unique was the owner's attention to detail. He wasn't just an "owner"- more like a tour guide, friend. He provided a plethora of information before our trip. The apartment also has a book with instructions and suggestions. He texted twice during our stay to "check in" and offer some other recommendations. We felt as though the owners genuinely wanted us to have a good time. This was hospitality at its best!

The condo is new, impecable and very nicely decorated. It is located in the best area of Cartagena's Historic Old Downtown, in walking distance to excellent restaurants and night entertainment. The plaza in front of the building has enjoyable music every night. The amenities of the building are very relaxing - heated pool and two rooftop jacuzzis. A perfect tranquil place to stay that provides high end comfort and convenience to Cartagena's top rated attractions.
