Location is good nearby the restaurant and coffee shops and old town, Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean.

The bed is small for two adults and not comfortable. No tissue paper in the bedroom. No room service for breakfast.

Generell waren die Kissen zu klein,alle Oberflächen klebten leider,dir Dusche ist zu schwach und man erfriert quasi beim Duschen.Aufpreis für Zimmerservice ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Heizung war defekt und wir haben lediglich einen Heizlüfter bekommen,das Problem wurde bis zur Abreise nicht behoben!

Only a short walk from Waverley Station & from the Usher Hall for our gig. All the staff were very friendly & attentive - indeed we mentioned to reception the exemplary level of help from one of the breakfast staff (female) in particular. There were a couple of issues with the room but reception were oh these within minutes!

The Hot Breakfast items were too cold.

Good location of the property and friendly staff.

There was no heating in the property during our stay. The first night spent, our room was freezing cold with cold air constantly circulating the room. The following day, when questioned at reception regarding the heating we were offered a blanket or electric heater which did not work unless switched on and off repeatedly and did not plug in safely in the room where we felt comfortable to leave it. This did not make a huge difference to the room temperature and we were not offered any compensation for the stay due to the heating problem. We were told at reception on the 2nd day that they had been experiencing issues with the heating but was not notified of this upon check in.
