The Front of House staff ,PM maitenance man .

The rooms no Air con wasn’t working properly,TV remote control didn’t work and a flickering light above our bed , Waited an hour for the maitenance man he was great , the breakfast was terrible, plastic plates and knives and forks orange cordial no bacon for $250 a night Australian you expect better .

Conveniently located. comfortable with all facilities included.

The hotel is in a good location on Orchard Road, well connected to the Singapore rail network (although somewhat hidden behind another hotel). Numerous stores and shopping streets nearby. The room was clean and sufficiently well equipped.

Overall, the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price is too high for the level of service and amenities in our opinion. Here you are really paying for the location. Breakfast buffet with interesting food selection, but here we had our fun trying our way through noodles, french fries and green rice. The noise situation due to the ventilation systems at the pool is really as extreme as other comments mentioned. For a short refreshment after an exploration tour of Singapore, it's certainly enough and the view is great though. Just dont expect to be able to relax here a lot. Hand on heart: This is primarily an accommodation that you book because of the practical location and the price, which is at least affordable for Singapore, and less something that promises a lot of luxury. On that basis, the hotel met our expectations and we had a fun stay.

The view of this hotel is excellent. Best location.

This hotel is like a 2 stars hotel. Under staffs. No one helps you to bring the luggage. The front desk ladies are not professional. They sure have no experience in the hotel business. The bed is not comfortable. The water temperature is unstable. Hot and cold changed in seconds. It is very dangerous. The room auto door lock does not work properly. You need to push & pull with strong force.

Need a better lighting and repainting in the room.

Bathtub even it's small but good to relax soak in hot water. Bed was nice and comfortable but it will be good to have extra pillow

Doesn't have bathrobe, shaver, ear buds, shower cap. Doesn't have HBO, discovery channel..etc

The security staff was very friendly

Not enough facilities in the room - we were provided just 1 cup to use. No teaspoon. We didn't like the brand of coffee. Sadly, no nice Christmas decor.

the location is passable walking distance

everything. the room is small, hall way is abit dirty, it doesn’t appear as in the photos. the bathroom is not clean, they don’t replace used soaps or shampoo for 3nights stay.

The location is perfect, very close to 2 MRT stations, plus all the shopping and food options that Orchard Road had to offer. The staff are also very helpful and responsive.

My only one negative feedback is that there is a nightclub downstairs and it can be heard from the 8th floor at 5am. This would only affect rooms on that corner of the of the building and really was the only minor issue I had.

Location is ideal. Near orchard walking distance. Bus station and Mrt very near.

House keeping is not done everyday. Carpet room is dirty. Bathroom essentials incomplete. No complimentary mineral water option for guess. Requested a deluxe bed prior to arrival no answer got two single bed.

The location is the only thing going for this place

Rooms are dirty, toilets are smelly, things don't work. Had there been better choices I would have taken them.
