Absolutely fantastic location. Quiet yet near to the action. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The private jacuzzi and perfect unobstructed sunset views made it the best stay for Santorini!
The bedroom would get a bit hot at night if you closed the door but the main AC worked well if left door open. Wouldn’t be an issue in cooler weather. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Spotlessly clean room, superb service and breathtaking view. We stayed three nights and had the best time ever. The Jaccuzi is so comfy and the view from our balcony is impaccable. Literally didn't want to go out much as we were at the perfect spot. Will definitely come back in the future. A big thanks to the lovely team :))

OMG stunning stunning and stunning! The perfect honeymoon destination! Amazing location with an unforgettable view over the caldera.
The location is close to the centre of Fira with a lot of stairs but it was so worth it! On arrival, there was a porter helped us carry our luggage down to the hotel. We met Falita who was so lovely and very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. There was another guy called George who helped us to book the sunset cruise and the complimentary breakfast through Whatsapp. The cleaner was so kind and lovely, she cleaned our room daily, and we had fresh towels, linen and spa towels. It was great, everything was so easy and well organised.
We stayed in Grey apartment for four nights. The apartment was huge with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs. The bathroom was big with a rainfall shower. The balcony had two sun beds, a table and two chairs, an outdoor spa and a heater. And the view was OUTSTANDING... We watched the best sunset views from our jacuzzi every night without the crowds and it was perfect.
Slight Improvement:
1) The complimentary breakfast was really nice, had a lot of choices but it was served in takeaway boxes and it was warm but not hot when we received it probably because it was quite cold when we were there in September. It would be better if they were served warm and in proper dinnerware but I know it might be difficult without a kitchen on-site.
2) The bed was joined by two single beds, it would be perfect if it was a king-size or even a queen-size bed because everything else was so perfect and first class.
3) No AC in the room.
Overall, I had an unforgettable stay, you guys have done a fantastic job! I loved it so much that I didn't want to leave! Thank you so much GGG team for making our honeymoon in Santorini so special. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking for the perfect stay in Santorini, you won't regret it!

The views were unbelievable and the location is quite central in Fira. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Breakfast was planned well and arrived as expected. Hosts were always available to answer any question either in person or by whatsapp group that was created before arrival.
the bedroom was quite small...very difficult to move around it. the way the rooms are positioned offer zero privacy as cleaning crews are going up and down especially with garbage bags which can be quite unsightly. cleaning the exterior while we were having breakfast enjoying the views was also quite unnecessary...either clean a bit earlier or after people have left for the day.

The location of the Golden Grey Goose Hotel is perfect, it’s right in the centre of Fira, but tucked away from all the busy crowds!
Our room was the Split Level Room it was amazing, definitely the most private of the 4 rooms, not overlooked at all.
The room consists of 2 balcony’s one with a really lovely jacuzzi which looked out over the caldera, we didn’t even need to leave our balcony to go and see the sunset as it came right through our windows!
I would call our ‘room’ more of an apartment as it was so big! As you walk in through the front door there is a large 3 door wardrobe and a full length mirror, also a mini fridge in the corner. It had 1 bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, both very spacious, downstairs was the ‘master bedroom’ it was very spacious also with a bathroom, this one was extra special as the shower had a window looking right out to the caldera, beautiful!
Also an unexpected but amazing add on was the fact there was breakfast delivered every morning, which was complementary!
Finally the staff were lovely, so welcoming, when we first arrived a luggage porter met us at the drop off point, as where the hotel is situated there are no access for cars.
The staff also communicated via WhatsApp, so if there are any issues or queries you can contact them through there, and they will happily assist. That’s also how you order breakfast.
The cleanliness of our apartment was of a very high standard, staff came in daily after breakfast, replacing towels and bed linen with clean ones, also cleaning the rooms, hosing balconies and the jacuzzi.
Overall very happy with our stay there, would definitely recommend it, it’s the perfect location and very reasonably priced considering how popular and expensive Fira is.

From airport pick up to our room itself, it was a very smooth process! They were very considerate and made us comfortable, we didn't have to worry about anything during the check-in. With the hotel location, the view from our room and hot tub was plain stunning, we enjoyed watching the sky, sunset, sea, ships, and stars. The breakfast selection was amazing too, it was delivered to our room and tasted great.
There were some renovations (?) going on at 8 am which lasted for around 15 mins and woke us up, thus we didn't get to sleep in. Breakfast was only delivered at around 11.20 am although we agreed on 10 - 11, thus we had to rush through our food to make it on time for check out (the staff was already waiting nearby when our food was just delivered). This was a pity since the food and view were great but we couldn't fully enjoy it.

it was amazing. the location was absolutely perfect. the property was spacious and clean. the staff were amazing and so helpful. our bags were transported as if by magic up and down many stairs to get to and from the apartment.

Spectacular very comfortable clean with a breathtaking caldera view. Loved the amazing sunsets in the privacy of our own balcony overlooking the caldera and enjoying the hottub every day.
The amazing staff Filita, Olga and the guy who took our luggage on arrival and when we left.
All of them very friendly courteous and the great greek hospitality made us feel so welcome since we arrived.
Very happy about our stay and it exceeded our expectations.
Will definitely recommend it and will definitely go back again!

The hot tub was not working on the first night. It was promptly fixed, but at a scalding temp. Would have been great if it was set at a reasonable temp from the start

Perfect location with exceptional sea view. we stayed in the double loft Villa. we loved having coffee out on the terrace each morning and watching the sunset each evening. The entire space was immaculately cleaned as well. The Villa is located near restaurants, but still quiet when you’re ready to sleep. Communication with staff was prompt. I highly recommend arranging your transport to the Villa with the staff as we did. The transport was quick, easy, and staff was present to assist us when our transport arrived.
Very firm beds, but I’ve found that is typical for Europe.

The location is excellent and views are to die for! The flat is very large and comfortable though nothing can beat that balcony! Lovely and well maintained jacuzzi and nice private feel.
Bathroom has been recently renovated- kitchen could do with a little update too (but it was fully functional)

Spending our holidays at the Golden Grey Goose has been the perfect complement to our trip to Santorini and an unforgettable experience that we recommend to all those who are undecided about which location or type of hotel to choose for stay in Fira. Especially the Deluxe Two-Bedroom apartment, has been the perfect choice because it has allowed us to enjoy the best sunsets in the world in an unbeatable location, right on the edge of the Caldera, and at the same time a stay with the typical architecture of a Santorini house, delightful decorated with charm and equipped with everything you would need. As if that were not enough, it is located in the center of Fira, a few minutes walk from the main attractions of the capital of Santorini: restaurants, shops, museums, supermarkets and the bus station are very close. However, it has the extraordinary luck of being located in a place completely isolated from the hustle and bustle of one of the most visited places on the island, since it is located in a little-traveled, almost remote place, which gives it privacy and intimacy. Perfect for a couple's vacation. An ideal place for a Santorini getaway. An unforgettable place, which is not only the most economical option but is complemented by the extraordinary service and kindness of its staff, especially Anastasia and Lassa who are undoubtedly an important part of the success of this business. Thanks Anastasia for your support and advice, and above all for allowing us to use the apartment outside of the established hours. It is something for which we will be eternally grateful.

Our stay was fantastic, and to give you an idea of how good it was. here is my list of complaints:
1) the shower gel (which btw smells really good) is quite hard to pour, which distracted me from enjoying the view out of the shower room;
2) there was no knife in the room, making it hard to cut oranges for aperol spritz, thus causing an unnecessary delay before we could enjoy cocktails in jacuzzi;
3) provided slippers were too small for me.
(The latter is an actual complaint, btw: my feet are not that big - 43 European size and could not feet in any but one pair of slipper provided.)
Onto the serious stuff, though. The suit is neat, has a simple but effective décor, is in good location, and has an amazing view. A few things to keep in mind:
1) Steps: it's 170 stair steps to get to the local high street ("high" in both senses) from the bottom room of the hotel (~85 from the top one). We are relatively fit, so climbed them alright, but could be an issue for some travelers.
2) Privacy and seclusion: Keep in mind that there are many hotels in Santorini offering private balconies and such. yet privacy and seclusion are not the same things and even more so in Santorini due to the terrace-like formation of the cliff-side towns: wherever you are, you almost always might be seen by other people - the question is by how many and how far they will be. This hotel is on the rather secluded side of the distribution with other people needing to get out their way to really observe you. Our bottom room was the most secluded among the hotel rooms.
3) Capacity: our suit had 2 bedrooms, but the suit's facilities such as jacuzzi and sunbeds can fit only 2 people. This made no difference to us, as we were 2, but something to be aware of.
A minor complaint. Wifi. Oh, how many ratings of decent hotels fell victims to underinvestment into good wifi and internet connection. I could never understand this, as the investment needed to have a stellar internet connection (expensive broadband + killer routers) is negligible compared to other costs of running a hotel, whereas poor wifi can at times create quite a negative experience for guests.
Yesyes, i understand - why would one spend time on the internet in such an amazing place like Santorini? Well, i do not see why i should not have an opportunity to watch a netflix episode or two after the sunset, and sometimes you simply need a good connection for other reasons.
One day during our stay, I had a very important video call, and the internet had gone down (stopped working completely) one hour before that. To say that i was upset would be an understatement. Not sure if that was the hotel's fault, so not reducing the rating, though.
Setting aside the call, the internet connection is just fine on the first floor of the room and quite poor on the second one. Again, not sure what good reason there could be not to ensure good connection throughout the suit.

Very good location, just in the front of Cliff Hotel, with a good view, can face the sunset and crater. The interior decoration of the apartment is very exquisite and tasteful, with a large space and a large kitchen. The bedroom is very comfortable and the two separate bathrooms are also very convenient. The owner will help carry the luggage from Atlantis.

In the original booking the option for a pre paid food pack would have been ideal as offered in many unusual locations around the world. Sadly my partner was ill and we had nothing to eat just the water and teabags offered until the next day. The kitchen was very basically stocked no mugs for a hot drink just small teacups. One knife for all kitchen needs.No lids on any pots.
No info pack re swimming next door or where to go for food. We never met the host to mention this.
With a few tweeks what is a lovely location could be wonderful.
