De locatie was perfect, net uit de drukte van Shibuya en Shinjuka. Met de metro in 10 minuten te bereiken. Kamer had alles wat ik nodig had.

I absolutely love how directly next to the entrance to the hotel is a Family Mart convenience store. It made it so easy to grab snacks and water whenever I needed - it was soooo convenient!

Honestly… nothing! Maybe if the train station was slightly closer, that would be better, but not something they can fix 😂 so in other words - absolutely amazing, as close to perfect as can be!

Perfect location for sightseeing!

The geo location is super awesome. There're supermarkets, malls around. Transportations to most of our trip spots are super convenient.

The room and bed is a bit small. However, it's pretty common for all Japan hotels.

I highly recommend staying in the Ginza area when visiting Tokyo because it's very central to a lot of things with plenty of luxury department stores and restaurants nearby (think 5th ave in New York City). It's also easy to find by subway because of it's proximity to a lot of transit and Tokyo Station if you anticipate taking the Bullet Train to other cities in Japan. I stayed in a few different places and hotels in Tokyo while I was there but I really enjoyed my stay here, not just because it was my first night in Japan. It was clean, in a good location and the staff was very helpful and kind. The lobby was fully stocked with many toiletries and tea for guest to help themselves take at any point in time. My package included breakfast and it was actually very tasty and had a variety of menus (mostly American style cuisine). Woke up early the first few days because of the jetlag and was able to catch the sunrise walking to the Tsukiji Outer Fish Market, ended up beating crowds!

Room was very small, thought that seems to be the norm for most hotels in Japan. Opening my luggage ended up taking up a majority of the room but I didn't mind since I was by myself. I only stayed one night, so it was mainly a place for me to rest my head and freshen up after my long flight. Almost lost my life a few times going in and out of the bathroom because of the door still, I assume it's to prevent water from getting and flooding the room but please beware LMFAO.

Location is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Hotel employees are professional and very courteous.

The breakfast buffet could have more variety.

The staff were excellent. Always helpful and willing to assist. Having a Family Mart right downstairs was also a big plus for us! And location is fantastic. Near stations, the Ginza side felt safe and had lots of shopping options, and Shimbashi was also near enough for easy access to cheaper food choices.

Cleanliness could have been better. Even after cleaning, the carpets had crumbs.

Room was ready, and I was there an hour early, but if I would like to check it at 2pm, it would cost me 2000yen. Communication w staff is poor. Room is hyper duper super small, staying alone is fine, but couple sharing the same room, one must may way for the other.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, the secret door into the family mart was super convenient and they had ample free bits and bobs to make your stay more comfortable.

If I had to nit pick something the bed was a little hard for my liking

Hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. Option to get breakfast for 1500 yen per person per day. Also had a family mart attached to the hotel and a 711 around the corner. 3 min walk to Shimbashi train station which can get you wherever you need to go.

The room was small but it's Japan...so that was expected. Also for our first trip to Tokyo and only for 3 nights I probably wouldn't choose this location again. We picked it because it seemed simple to get to from Narita airport and the area was nice and quiet but not really the lively Tokyo vibe we expected like in Shinjuku or Shibuya. But was still easy to get to all the attractions by train.
