The shuttle service is very convenient and staying at the Courtyard Marriott is value for money. The breakfast was very good as well. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel.is clean, the room is big enough and we have got free upgrade room, since we are family. They have free shuttle but to Disneyland and also Pudong Airport. The some of the staff speak english.

The location is far to find other restaurants, the restaurant only in the hotel and disney area.

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disney, Lane 11, downtown, airport. One of the staff, Mr Joy Lu, is extremely helpful. He goes extra miles to ensure that our stay are comfortable and guide us to activate DiDi, and also Meituan. Excellent service by all the staffs in this hotel. The hotel also provides free washer and dryers. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel is far away from many locations. Need to use DiDi or free shuttle bus to travel out.

The breakfast has a lot of choices. Good breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was really good, even my son who does not like breakfast, ate what he likes. The hotel was near to Shanghai Disneyland, thus there goes a bus from the hotel that goes to Disneyland free of charge. The staff were friendly.

The price they charged for the room was higher than it was in booking.com

we should have stay more days

I have never been at an hotel where the room deposit exceeded the room charges. I have also never been at an hotel where they huddle you for breakfast so much . I didn’t book breakfast for some reason . I remember the difference was $10-$12 for breakfast but I just didn’t do it . When we asked for breakfast they wanted $28 per person ( 4 people ) shuttle for Disney stops at 8:30 , push cart is way more. Expensive then if you rent at Disney , train was right behind our rooms . Super noisy . While the rooms were ok in general and yes the location was good it doesn’t have much going for it . However way cheaper then booking a hotel at Disneyland that’s why we booked it .

rooms smile is not good ( babies diaper smile) so noisy from Train and shuttle buses kids who are going to Disney are so noisy ( normal ) the Receiption team are very slow and not flexible ( a lot of fights with Mr Philip)
