Drzwi niezabezpieczone przed dziećmi. Na pytanie o klucz otrzymałam odpowiedź, aby drzwi zastawiać krzesłami. Apartament zarezerwowany dla 7 osób a miał na stanie jedynie 3 szklanki. Na prośbę o dołożenie otrzymałam informację, że więcej nie ma. Brakowało również małych łyżeczek. Przy zameldowaniu otrzymałam do podpisania protokół o zepsutych roletach oraz klamce od zamrażalnika. Uważam, że takie rzeczy powinny być naprawione przed przyjazdem gości. Czajnik w kuchni zepsuty – nie można go otworzyć. Jedna z kart dostępowych nie działała. W łazience unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, jakby w ogóle nie była sprzątana, a w rogu stał mop – nie wiem w jakim celu. Za łóżkami nie było posprzątane, o czym świadczy znaleziony kosmetyk, który nie należał do nas. Dostępne były tylko dwie rolki papieru toaletowego na 7 osób na 3 noce, brak podstawowych rzeczy typu ręcznik papierowy w kuchni.

Close to the walking street. Beautiful view from all the windows. Large balcony. Parking in garage. Heating floors. Earlier check-in.

Very hard mattresses in one of the bedrooms. Only 4 chairs at the dinig table, even apartment should be suitable for 6 people. Could be more dishes. Only one very small pan that was overused. Spa zone has no changing room. 2 days sauna was out of order due to some technical work.

Place is superb 👌. View is amazing. Add few photos of hotel view. It would be an advantage. Staff is so polite and punctual.

When we arrived Anna was so kind to let us in earlier than the check in time, we are very appreciate that. The apartment was clean, modern and warm, and the view from the balcony unforgettable. Jacuzzi and sauna was an extra relaxing thing after skiing, we all really enjoyed that. There was a good location, 5min drive to Polana Szymoszkowa where we have been skiing. We are really enjoyed our stay in Zakopianskie Tarasy.

Would be so helpful to have a oven in the kitchen. There was a problem with a wifi to connect. For family of six, there was not enough hot water to have a shower for everyone.

Location, parking, heating floors.

SPA - one of the jacuzzi was out of order. Facilities itself are not comfortable and well organised. Sauna is small and dangerous, really easy to get burn from sauna stove. Two frying pans which were not suitable for induction hob. Only one frying pan was there and it was already overused. Curtains were useless, didn’t fully cover the window, which means that people from the outside were able to see the inside and the light was coming through the window during the night. Bathroom — no handy shower head, the only shower was the tropical one, which makes really hard not getting your hair wet, when you don’t want it. Also, the tropical shower is flowing in some places, need to be changed or adjusted. and the isolation of shower cabin is also bad, the water is flowing in a few places. Water Boiler is too small — it’s not enough hot water for two families. Bad wifi, sometimes drops and needs a reboot of the router.

Outstanding apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in, it was renovated with such a great design. The kitchen is compact and making food was extremely easy.

The water in the Jacuzzi was cold and the sauna wasn't operating.
