Very friendly and helpful staff and super spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast is a la carte and most of the options we tried were not to our taste but there's a decent selection of starters that are really tasty! Location couldn't be better as it's a literal 2min walk from Krupowki street which is the 'center'. Overall both my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the stay.

The Spa area is a bit on the small side but it's not a huge hotel overall. Main course options for breakfast are not that great.

Location was perfect - central Zakopane, but just far enough (100m) away from the noise. Absolutely wonderful, huge, tasty breakfast. Two wonderful restaurants on-site were both very good quality. Wellness centre / SPA was wonderful. Good sauna, jacuzzis etc. Staff helped out with lunch boxes when we had to leave early and missed breakfast. Junior suite had plenty of room, was modern and well decorated. very comfortable with balcony.

Very small dislike - pillows were not the sort I like.

It's an excellent choice in the city centre. Great location. Apartments are huge and air conditioned.

The queen bed is a bit small for two persons , and we booked a executive suite with two bedrooms and upon check in we have been placed in another two bedroom suite which is smaller than the one is displayed in booking , and the receptionist have explained that there are different sizes of this type of suits but it is all under the same category and same price , but this wasn’t clear in the description of the suite neither reflecting in the photos

The location was great and the apartment of two bedrooms are excellent for family

-sustainable approach to breakfast, amenities -dinner in the italian restaurant -quality of the materials used in the room -size of shower -private wellness

-parking- this is supposed to be a 4-5 star aparthotel, i think that parking should be provided for free and if it is paid, it should be at least sheilded -the size of bed -the american breakfast- very bad choice of flavours. I get that the chef wanted to include acid element but the onions and olives did not go together all.. Also the egg was overdone -if you want to go to the wellness, it is only available for one hour… if you want to do the full sauna ritual (25-30 minutes x3) it is not a sufficient time. I would recommend prolonging the time

Very close to the center, comfort, clean environment, friendly reception staff, air conditioning, balcony, private parking for the hotel.

Paid parking, paid baby cots, I didn't like the breakfast, the breakfast restaurant staff lacked smile and friendliness.

Everything was perfect. Especially good in two restaurants. I would love to come back:)

The only thing that may not suit everyone is location. It is located in a very busy part of the city. But for someone it is an advantage.

The stuff is not giving any privacy to guest , they keep annoying my family and threat them because my kid I forgot to mention in my booking, they shout to my daghter and threat her to bring the police to her I don’t recommended this hotel at all

The room was beautifu and spacious l. It was exactly like the photos. The bed was big and comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was interesting and delicious.

Extra payment for the parking which is across the road from the hotel. The spa wasn't open when we expected it would be.
